Pinecrest Townhomes-1K-2Q Unit-Renovated

It was the perfect location for our trip and had plenty of room for out family of 7. The place was renovated but still had minor cosmetic issues.They had broom but no dust pan. The first day there we had issues with the electronic lock. We called and the situation was immediately resolved.

Beautiful hòme except there is a nasty looking brown stain on one of the fold out couch mattresses and not enough towels and wash rags for 8 people.

The property is quiet and safe, and has good amenities. The couch and rugs are old and dirty and it's not cleaned.

Awesome property will stay again

My family and I made a pit stop to the area and loved the townhouse. The only thing I did not like were the bug situation, but you’re in the mountains and near wooded areas…so there’s not much you can do.

Our house was beautifully nestled in the woods and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay!

It was a decent place to stay. Beds and couches were comfortable. Spacious and clean. The only issues were the dryer not drying, there were a good bit of outlets, but over half did not work, and there were sugar ants in the kitchen. But overall, I’d stay again.

Our stay was great with the exception of the bed. It was swayed in the middle to the point when we would lay in it we rolled to the middle. Not very comfortable.

The place was roomy for our family of 4 and very close to Dollywood. The place was clean. Minimum decor .
After a long day at Dollywood you want to come home take a shower and get a good rest and night sleep, but the master bedroom mattress was awful. It was lumpy and caved in the middle. So when you lay down your body rolls down to the middle. Horrible sleep for my husband and I. Back hurt. The bed was just awful.
Also the kids bedroom didn’t have a tv in there and I feel like it should. Recommend just to sleep on the couch if you stay here.

One of the best properties I have stayed at. Staff was awesome! Cabin was amazing! Would def come back!

Excellent location peace full

Just ok, good distance everywhere. Not new, but very good.

First off place was very clean. If you want a place to sleep and shower close to DollyWood this is very close. If you’re also looking for a place to chill with a large family, not this place. Check in process was not smooth at all, not what we usually get when dealing with other properties. Communication is non existent and links don’t work. We a have large vehicle, parking and room was an issue. Again not a bad place, just not for a large family.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, look no more. This place was awesome. Thank you for everything

Excellent property. Contacted the property managers and they were very helpful. Place was clean, loved the great TV apps selection. Everything was nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Older building but it is well done with rennovations. Very clean and quite with your own dedicated parking spot which we liked. Indoor pool looked inviting even though we did not use it. You can see the lights from dollywood from the parking lot which we enjoyed.

The condo was clean.

The townhouse was clean and quiet.

I loved everything about the property! It was really nice and quiet. The people around the property was really nice. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
