good value, clean room
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of variety.
Rooms were clean, good variety of TV channels (my granddaughter got to see Murder she wrote for the first time!!)

Cons:

the directions given seemed like it was in the direction I was going but I ended up back-tracking almost 40 miles

The property and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were hospitable and helpful. Plenty of secure parking.

Breakfast was sparse. Provided just below the minimum. The furnishings were dated. Doesn’t look like the owners have invested in upgrading anything at this property.

This place is a gem.
Pros:

The room was small but it was all we needed. Most impressive was the shower -- walk in, nothing to step over and lots of grab bars for safety. Breakfast was good. The location was good near the interstate and access to Holden Arboretum. All in all, it was perfect.
