Views, comfort and calm.
Pros:

The room views were breathtaking. And it was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. It was heaven, honestly. The room was big, warm, bright during the day and dark at night. Perfection.

Cons:

The jacuzzi wasn't very well maintained - one piece keeps coming out every time I used it - and to use the shower there was no curtain so the mess on the bathroom was important. I also find out there was not enough surfaces to put stuff on, and there was no kettle ( I really wanted a hot tea at night and it wasn't possible)

Perfect for a couple in a quick weekend retreat! Loved it!
Pros:

I loved the property itself, the location is amazing, the room with lake view is spectacular. The food in the restaurant was really great, and the staff was very professional, yet friendly and warm. Everything was really really clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The village surrounding the hotel is very beautiful and quiet, with amazing views and dreamy little streets. We absolutely loved it!

Schitterende locatie, mooie ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Goed ontbijt met vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

Het restaurant was ‘s avonds echt slecht. De sfeer was onpersoonlijk (geen kaars gezien zoals overal werd geadverteerd), het eten erg duur en kwalitatief zeer middelmatig, en de bediening was daarbij slecht. Het toetje van 12,00 dat uit elkaar gevallen was, werd gewoon op tafel gezet. Een enorme tegenvaller dit restaurant! Het sanitair was helaas wat verouderd en douchen in een ligbad is niet meer van deze tijd.

Il posto é meraviglioso, sembra uscito da una fiaba! Addobbato per Natale ancora più bello! Ha un gusto retrò, caldo e accogliente che ti fa sentire coccolato! La cena é stata strepitosa così come alzarsi la mattina con un’alba vista lago!
Stanza molto ampia, ovviamente con un gusto d’’epoca! Letto comodo! Assolutamente consigliato!

Cons:

Unico punto di miglioramento, la colazione. Magari aggiungere pane fresco invece dei toast e delle frutta. Non l’ho trovata molto in linea con il resto del contesto che invece é meraviglioso!
