The location is good for lotte shopping mall
There is hair on the floor and in the cupboard. Bathroom with bedroom upstairs and toilet downstairs that cause inconvenience for the night toilet use.
Pillows have yellow stains, too high for the neck. Suggest offering different styles and regular cleaning.
Sofa smells due to high humility in Hanoi. Suggest regular cleaning.

The shower is decent.
Noisy construction late into the night. The AC is noisy. The bed was not comfortable. They informed me the morning of my check in that the unit I had booked is not available because of electricity issues and so I had no choice but to take two separate units in another building because I didn’t have time to change.
It’s stunning! Just like the pictures. It’s not too far out of old quarter but we used GRAB to get around and it’s so cheap. So it was perfect really, just make sure there’s a frying pan in the kitchen for the morning.
The swimming pool was under maintenance, staff didn’t understand English very well
It’s a very spacious and modern apartment with super high ceilings in a quieter part of Hanoi. It was good to stay here, away from hustle and bustle of the rest of the city.
The stay was, overall, very comfortable with minor inconveniences: the water in the shower was only lukewarm until we asked the owners to fix it and we couldn’t get the projector to work.

Everything! A beautiful place to stay, we were very comfortable here. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in Hanoi. Spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Very quiet and peaceful area which allows for a peaceful and relaxing evening. I was very impressed with the contactless checkin. Everything was communicated clearly through text by staff which made the checking in process very smooth. We loved how the place had your very own washer/dryer set up as this allowed us to donour own laundry without having to pay antyhing for it. Detergent was also provided which was very convenient for us. My only regret was not picking this location sooner. Will definitely be staying again on my next visit to Vietnam.
I often come here every time I work. They are happy to welcome me and the apartment is checked in by password, easy to use and secure. They have a desk and a view of West Lake, very suitable for me.
i planned to stay in hanoi for 3 days but it rained heavily, to be honest the trip was not fruitful because i just stayed in the room. the apartment has a big glass so you can feel how much rain is outside [very relaxing feeling]. however i had to wash my towel by myself with the dryer in the apartment because it was raining and the staff couldn't help. anyway it was good, the scent of jasmine essential oil made me sleep well. very good!

The price was okay but a little higher than what was expected for the quality of the personal care items.
This time I stayed in the double room on the 7th floor. Since the hotel is in center of Tay Ho district, you can't expect a great view, but the design of the lobby and rooms was excellent. I was also very satisfied with the quality and the design of room. If I have the opportunity to stay in Hanoi again, I would definitely stay here again

Projector wasn't working and couldn't be fixed during my stay but the TV worked and had streaming services. Some spots missed by cleaners but generally very clean and beautiful
