Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile e la struttura rispecchiava le aspettative. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto del soggiorno; inoltre, alloggiare nella zona est di Siviglia mi ha permesso di vivere un’esperienza più autentica e a contatto con la vita locale rispetto al centro.

Cons:

Purtroppo il collegamento con l’aeroporto non è dei migliori: nel caso di un volo al mattino presto, l’unica soluzione pratica è prendere un taxi.

Een prettig verblijf in een goed geoutilleerd appartement
Pros:

De locatie was uitstekend (om die reden had ik dit appartement ook gekozen). Nabij waren een uitstekende supermarkt en een McDonalds. Het FIBES, waar ik een schaaktoernooi speelde, was op loopafstand, evenals vier verschillende bushaltes die naar de belangrijkste locaties in het oude centrum van Sevilla voerden. Het appartement zelf was ruim van opzet in een appartementsgebouw van meerdere verdiepingen. Het appartement zelf bevindt zich op de derde etage. Het had alles wat ik nodig had (al had een strijkplank mijn leven wat vereenvoudigd :-)). Een probleem met een in het appartement achtergelaten toegangssleutel werd opgelost door het brengen van een reservesleutel naar de receptie. Prima opgelost! Tot slot: er was een prettig uitzicht met iedere ochtend een mooie zonsopgang.

Cons:

Vreemd vond ik dat ik de eerste dag meldde dat 2 lampjes in het appartement het niet deden, dat er werd terug gemeld dat dat aan het onderhoud zou worden doorgegeven en dat dat het laatste was wat ik ervan hoorde of merkte (ik verbleef er 16 dagen). De lampjes werden niet gemaakt. Daarnaast had het gehele appartementsgebouw last van onderhoudsachterstand. Het verfwerk was erg slecht (bladderde af) en hier en daar waren gaten in de muur gehakt om bij het leidingwerk te kunnen. Het gebouw werd wél goed schoongehouden (dagelijks). Het appartement was overigens nogal gehorig (zowel van andere gasten als van het verkeer), wat afbreuk deed aan de benaming "peaceful".

Que tenía implementos para cocinar, estaba limpio, y nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde.

Que no estaba disponible la piscina y no lo sabiamos, además que estaba muy lejos del centro de la ciudad y no se podía llegar directo del aeropuerto si no tienes auto.
