מלון חדש, מתוכנן מצויין, מודרני, שטחים גדולים ופתוחים, קירבה לים, נוחות ורמת שירות. חדר מצויין עם בידוד אקוסטי ברמה גבוהה. רוצה לציין במיוחד את אחראי על שרות לקוחות במלון בשם Dian. נעים הליכות, מקצועי מאוד, רמת שרותיות מאוד גבוהה.

Cons:

רמת האורחים משאירה מקום לשיפור אך אין זה תלוי במלון.
הייתי ממליץ לבדוק ולוסת לחץ מים בברזים

Szolgáltatások és személyzet szuper, hátsó épületszárny számomra átverés-se nem új se nem partmenti.
Pros:

Minden ott dolgozó nagyon kedves és barátságos, az ételek finomak voltak és az ellátás tényleg teljes körű volt ital, étel, desszert, fagyi, stb... tengerpart szuper, bár elég nagyok voltak a hullámok, kisebb gyerekeknek nem mindig alkalmas fürdésre, mert az ottlétünk alatt 5 napből 4 napig nagyok voltak a hullámok.

Cons:

A szoba átverés a hátsó épületben. Mint egy kollégium: parkra néző helyett utcára néző, buszok és autók hangja behallatszott nagyon. Hangszigetelés egyenlő a nullával, pl ha a folyóson elmennek az ajtód előtt, mindent hallasz vagy ha szomszéd vagy fölötted lévő szobában leejtenek egy érmét, azt is hallod hányat pattan.... A fürdőszobából éjszakára szúrós szag jött, de amúgy is mindig becsukod az ajtót, mert hallatszik ahogy fölötted lakók lehúzzák a WC-t. A hátsó épületszárny nem nagyon messze van a tengerparttól, nem mondanám közvetlennek, inkább a második sorban van.

Deși este un hotel relativ nou, recenziile anilor anteriori m-au convins să fac alegerea, însă dezamăgirea a fost uriaș
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului (foarte aproape de plaja)

În baie a fost un miros insuportabil pe toată durata sejurului
Mâncarea a fost de cea mai joasă calitate, legume expuse de pe o zi pe alta, diversitate zero. Deși am stat doar 3 zile, mâncarea a fost aceeași; ex: la prânz aveau rata la cuptor iar seara la cină, ce rămânea era pusă în sos; crutoanele de la supă erau expuse și a doua zi (cele care rămâneau). Preparatele nu aveau gust iar calitatea și prezentarea acestora erau mult sub 5 stele.
Un alt “minus” identificat este parcarea: am fost nevoiți să parcăm la o distanță de 5 minute de mers cu mașina de la hotel, pentru care am plătit 15€/noapte, exclusiv cash; consider ca pentru un hotel care se respectă și are 5 stele, este imperios necesar să dețină o parcare privată, pusă la dispoziția oaspeților fără taxe suplimentare. Nu recomand această locație.

Dezamagitor. Feeling like I spent a lot of money and got no value

Nimic nu a fost conform asteptarilor noastre 😒 Dezamagitor!

Cons:

Dezamagitor! Se prezinta ceea ce nu este in realitate. Hotel de 5 stele? Nici vorba. Stil industrial rece ce te intampina de la primire. Astepare cu orele in loby (fiind si cu copilul) pana la ora 15 pentru check-in camera si bratari sa putem merge la restaurante care sunt deschise la pranz pana la 14.30
Mancare repetitiva, mediocra. Totul sters.
Cost de parcare 22 euro pe zi - de parca ai fi in centrul Barcelonei.
Activitatile pentru copii erau doar ca sa fie bifat ca exista, dar erau lipsite de substanta, putine si scurte.
Wi-fi-ul nu functiona mai departe de intrarea in hotel. Pe plaja hotelului, la locul de joaca, piscine se pierdea constant internetul asta daca aparea intamplator reteaua wi-fi a hotelului. Nu functiona nici in camera la anumite ore. Din punctul meu de vedere m-am simtit inselat. Am platit ceva si am primit altceva. Hotelul se poate incadra la promovare mincinoasa.

Close to the beach, friendly stuff, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, many restaurants and variety.

Cons:

At check-in, we were informed that we had to park our car 1.3 km away from the hotel, in what appeared to be an improvised parking lot. We were told that the hotel had a dedicated driver who could take us to and from the parking area whenever needed. Unfortunately, this was rarely the case, as the driver was almost never available. If we needed to access our car outside the check-in/check-out hours, we had to walk to the parking lot ourselves.

The hotel also does not have enough sun loungers to accommodate all guests, which led to several unpleasant arguments among guests.

There were also long queues at the reception, and it took us almost an hour to complete the check-in process.

Finally, the facilities for children are very poor.

Cea mai slaba experinta , nu recomand
Pros:

Hotelul este curat cu personal amabil si mancare buna.

Cons:

De la check in unde trebuie sa astepti mult pentru ca este putin personal, cu masina parcata cum poti pentru ca locurile de parcare sunt inexistente ceea ce iti creeaza un disconfort din primele moemente la slaba organizare “ il gasiti pe cilegul meu afara “ va conduce el intr o parcare unde puteti lasa masina, nu stii care e colegul si asta e toata instructiunea primita.
Sezlonguri insuficiente atat la plaja cat si la piscina daca ajungi dupa ora 9 sanse slabe sa gasesti un loc.
Antifonarea camerelor inexistenta, de la trasul apei pana la cel mai mic sunet se auzea de parca se intampla langa tine. Per total o experinta extrem de slaba la un pret exorbitant de 1000 de euro pe noapte si la servicii sub nivelul de 4 stele. Noi am ales sa plecam cu o zi inainte de a se incheia vacanta.Nu recomand

Piękny widok na morze, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W hotelu znajduje się wszystko co potrzeba. Jedzenie było znakomite. Z chęcią wrócimy. Polecam!!!
