Excellent resort with top-tier service
Pros:

- Exceptional Staff: The service quality is flawless. The Indonesian staff members are absolutely wonderful, immaculate, and extremely kind — we would return exclusively for them! A special mention goes to Nita and all the girls at the Terrazza and Palette & Plate restaurants.

- Gastronomy: The food is very tasty, varied, and the themed dinner nights complement the overall experience beautifully.

- Coffee Shop Oree: Absolutely fantastic! It easily surpasses many famous coffee shops, offering excellent pastries and plenty of options, including vegan ones.

- Accommodation & Facilities: Very spacious rooms, gorgeous pools, lovely evening artistic performances in the lobby, and a very convenient underground parking garage (paid at €22/day).

Cons:

- Midway through our stay, a large organized group was hosted, and the hotel closed several restaurants and bars exclusively for them. In practice, the available Ultra All Inclusive facilities were reduced without any prior notice, forcing all other guests into a single restaurant and creating unnecessary crowding for a 5-star resort.

- Room Allocation & Noise: I would have appreciated more care regarding room allocation. Despite specifying in advance that we were traveling with an 8-month-old baby, the assigned room was located directly above the terrace where the kids' evening music show takes place (20:30–21:30/22:00). The lighting rig and speakers were practically right under our balcony, and the sound insulation was insufficient. As a result, our baby woke up multiple times and struggled to fall asleep. After bringing this to the attention of reception and Guest Relations, we noticed an improvement (the volume was lowered), but this situation could have been easily avoided from the start by assigning a room in a quieter area while respecting the booked category.

- Pool Water Temperature: The only heated pool is the SPA pool (Aqualala). We would have really appreciated it if the outdoor baby pool by the beach was kept slightly warmer as well.

- Check-out Flexibility: Upon departure, we requested a late check-out since we were traveling with a baby, but it was declined due to availability. While we understand high occupancy rates, at a 5-star level we would have appreciated receiving an alternative or supportive option (such as access to a temporary courtesy room to prepare and refresh the baby before a long drive).

Wonderful hotel and service
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Nice looking facilities overall. Frontdesk staff Petek is so friendly and warm welcoming.

Cons:

Limited variety of soft drinks, Coffee quality could be better. Expensive parking fee, could be a discount for repeated guests.

Pros:

Відмінний готель. Були тут позаминулого року, коли він відчинився. Багато чого додалось нового.
Ми завжди бронюємо по акційних цінах, тому звісно, хто заплатив 8тис за тиждень, напевно інші відчуття і вимоги.
Але скажу сміливо, що це найкращий готель на все включено, куди можна з дітьми, на побережье Болгарии. Є і HVD і Grifid інші, але цей найкращий.
І місце розташування і всі інші ньюанси.
Цього року обслуговуючий перснонал весь с Балі, чи десь звідти з Індонезії - супер. Всі усміхнені, ввічливі, приємні, а головне - швидкі.
Жодних черг. Хіба, що біля ліфтів).
Керуючі і ресепшн теж все чітко і на високому рівні.
Море звісно не Майорка - але з урахуванням плюсів цього готелю - все більш ніж відмінно. Рекомендую.

Pros:

Camera si vederea la mare , mancarea si bauturile care erau in sticla sigilate ( sucurile) , spa ul foate misto. Personalul foarte amabil, mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Mi-a placut podul care face conexiune dintre plaja si hotel . Merita banii si pot spune ca este un hotel de nota 10.

Cons:

Chech-in ul daca s ar putea sa se faca mai devreme de ora 15 . Macar ora 13.

Pros:

Locație excelentă, poziționare fantastică! Totul la superlativ.
Camerele foarte mari și confortabile, personalul extrem de amabil și cald. Efectiv am simțit că suntem cei mai importanți oameni de pe pământ și că nevoile noastre sunt cele mai importante. Mâncarea a fost cu mult peste așteptări atât ca varietate cat și ca gust. Atenția deosebită la nevoile clienților am observat-o în primul rând la restaurant unde nu apucam să terminăm mâncarea din farfurie și ni se debarasa masa sau nu apucam să terminăm paharele și apărea câte un chelner să întrebe dacă poate să ne ofere încă ceva de băut. O vacanță cu adevărat reușită! Mulțumim Grifid Noa! ❤️❤️❤️

Overall great
Pros:

Great hotel with nice food, comfortable bed, spacious rooms. Toilet with bidet. Multiple restaurants and bards and plenty of food options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wasn't too crowded.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was that the rooftop infinity pool was always cold. Typically it's my favourite thing but couldn't tolerate the cold water. It was much colder than the sea and the downstairs pools. Also everyone goes and leaves their towels on the loungers everywhere all day while not being there and the staff don't care. So very hard to find a lounger as they all have towels but there is nobody there. Some towels were even there overnight. The hotel is also quite expensive.
