Totul foarte curat, mancarea buna, personal foarte ok.

Cons:

Nu s-a respectat programul de la bar,si anume in foaie scria destul de clar ca este deschis pana la orele 00:00, dar ei au inchis barul la orele 23:00 si nu au mai servit nimic, tot ei fiind foarte revoltati.

It is a modern and spotless hotel with simple and sophisticated interior design. I loved the fact that the hotel keeps everything simple and doesn’t over provide items or unhealthy sweets for children. I could tell that they are committed to protect our planet and I enjoyed staying there! When we arrived early, the receptionist welcomed us so warmly and agin when we left the hotel, we were given very kind words by the receptionist. The staff at reception, restaurants and bars are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed foods, the jacuzzi with a view of the sea and having a relaxing time. I didn’t want to leave the hotel, I would definitely come back!

Cons:

I wish there had been some daytime activities for children or/and an evening kids disco. However, I did realise it wasn’t the peak season, so I suppose I’ll have to come back in the summer!

Mi-au plăcut curățenia și varietatea de preparate culinare.

Cons:

Nu mi-au plăcut dotările : zona de SPA ( piscina interioară , jacuzzi) sunt foarte mici pentru capacitatea hotelului și condiții meteo nefavorabile , neventilate corespunzător, atitudinea unor membri ai personalului lasă foarte mult de dorit , de asemenea dotările camerei ( sunt toate noi) dar în opinia mea nu la nivel de cinci stele ( nu ni s-a pus la dispoziție apa gratuit decât în prima zi, lipsește crema de corp , etc.) .

Отель сам по себе хороший красивый вид на море, удобная локация, есть бассейн и отдельные бассейны для детей. Номер был чистый, а вид из окна действительно очень приятный.

Cons:

К сожалению, впечатление испортило обслуживание и питание.

Завтраки и ужины оказались очень слабыми. Еды было мало, блюда невкусные и из дешёвых продуктов. Порции маленькие, официанты вели себя невежливо и безразлично. Пришлось долго ждать заказ, и даже самые простые блюда, например омлет или блинчики, были пересушены и несъедобны.
Отдельно стоит сказать про завтраки. Это не шведский стол, как мы ожидали. Нельзя было выбрать еду самостоятельно, нужно было заказывать из меню. Когда мы сели за стол, официанты даже не принесли меню и ничего не объяснили. Они просто стояли и смотрели, пока мы пытались понять, что происходит. Только когда сами спросили, нам выдали меню, но и заказанная еда оказалась невкусной. Даже дети не смогли доесть сладости.
Мы путешествовали двумя семьями и заметили разницу в отношении персонала. На сайте отеля указано, что возможен поздний выезд, но нам в этом отказали. Друзьям, которые бронировали напрямую, разрешили остаться дольше. Нам предложили остаться только за доплату 50 евро, хотя наш номер по Booking стоил дороже на 25 процентов. На ресепшене с нами разговаривали грубо и не пытались предложить решение.
При этом отель не выглядел переполненным. Не ощущалось, что нужно спешить с выездом, тем более что сейчас не сезон, а большая часть территории отеля вообще закрыта, как будто на зиму. Мы живем неподалеку и просто хотели спокойно провести выходные, но даже это оказалось сложно.
Дополнительное разочарование вызвало то, как проходил чек-аут. Когда мы уже рассчитались за проживание, паркинг и мини-бар, нас не отпускали с ресепшена, пока не проверят бар. Было очень странно чувствовать это в отеле, который заявляет пять звёзд.
Кроме того, ночью в номерах постоянно слышался неприятный вибрирующий звук, похожий на звон телефона или будильник. Никто из нашей компании не смог нормально выспаться.
Очень жаль, потому что сам отель и его расположение действительно хорошие.

Mucho dinero, sobraevaluado, desilusionante.
Pros:

La comida en general buena, el hotel nuevo y buena ubicacion. Aparcamiento suterano pequeno.

Cons:

El personal asiatico NO profesional. No se justifica 500 euro/noche para 3 personas, las tumbonas de la playa davan pena.

Страхотно
Pros:

Персонала и локацията - като цяло всичко беше страхотно. Персонала е мил и любезен, стайте големи просторни с изглед към морето. Хотела е прекрасно обзаведен. Кухнята е на ниво.
Имахме проблем с резервацията и изхранването, реално беше спрян полупансиона, който си бяхме избрали и вместо хотела да ни таксува още 70 лв той ни даде са ползваме ол инклузив.
Благодарим ви за всичко и за прекрасният предстой от рецепция до ресторанта.
