The place was comfortable, walking distance to MOA, and host easy to reach.
Pros:

AC and bathroom were good. Excellent location because it was walking distance to MOA.

Cons:

Pool policy for not allowing our guests, at least 1, to join us in the pool, so we didn’t even get to enjoy a swim in the nice pool. No central AC unit. The hallway and elevator were too hot. Utensils not complete, the knives had broken handles. Stove had burnt in stuff, I was scared to use it because it started to smell.

The best condo unit in shell resident big room
Pros:

I like the big space of the condo unit 2 beds and complete utensisl for cooking. Good for family. The owner she was so nice and good thank you for accomodating as in your condo unit.JazakAllahu khayran)

We had a good stay overall!
Pros:

What we like most is its accessibility to MOA and the nearby restaurants. The host was also very responsive, and when we needed another towel, it was provided after we requested one. The room smells nice, has free WiFi, and has access to Netflix/YouTube.

Cons:

We were expecting essentials, like hand soap in the bathroom and so on, and a blower was also indicated in their description, but there were none.

It was good and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is very good. Accessible and near the establishment.

Cons:

One of the sheet is itchy we don't know why. And the room does not have a basic condiments like salt I don't know if its normal since the other airbnb or rental that we tried in other platforms they have the basics.

Perfect!
Pros:

I love our stay. First thank you to the host, Kathy & her husband . They’re very nice couple & accommodating. I love that there are 2 big comfi beds that fits my family. The room is big, clean & can accommodate 6 people. There’s kitchen also that I got to make our breakfast & save money. Location is perfect. Only few minutes drive from the airport & walking distance from SM MOA. Very close to shops & restaurants. Also the swimming pools are plus points. I highly recommend!

I'll be back!
Pros:

Kathy's crib was awesome! Clean, comfortable, location was great! Pretty close to the pool. My kids were happy, and thats all that matters.

Communication with Kathy was smooth and quick. Very responsive, polite.

Only issue we had and has nothing to do with Kathy's crib, but the Buildings fire alarm. First 2 days that we were there. It kept on going off, one time in the middle of the night. And the other time was in the middle of the day.( wife wasn't happy about that) .

Other than that. My family had a great time!
