Pros:

The location is near the airport and Bombei exhibition center. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room rate is good.

Cons:

Facilities are clean but a little old.

Poor bathroom cleanliness.
Cockroaches.
Room was not sanitised.
Television advertised as a flat screen... it was a small computer monitor attached to the wall!!
Remote buttons faded, so difficult to operate.

Highly priced, without any comfort and convenience.
Cons:

Location was pathetic. In the pictures they show the scenic Powai lake, but it's located in a very narrow street and locality is also not good. Even for the food - breakfast had a very limited and low-quality options and the restaurant too had limited options and that too unrealistically expensive. I would never suggest anyone to opt for it.

It's a 3 star property, good for convenience not for luxury
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and professional

Cons:

It's not the same as it looks in the ad. The entry from the back door due to construction was a bad experience.
