The first staff member helped to go through procedures on secure network for internet. The others weren’t quite as friendly. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Light bulb out in room, the shampoo containers fell off the wall & one was empty. Same old breakfast every morning… no variety.

Our room was not cleaned so well. From the bathroom to the bed. Floors were dirty and we had multiple spiders in our bed.
