Worst experience ever.

The cleanliness, the room was full of stray hairs as if it wasn’t properly cleaned and the pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable. This hotel had me thinking I would pay upon arrival and took money from me before hand and once I got to the hotel.

The room was cleaned but there was a bad smell still in the room and the bathroom door was broke so we couldn’t close it
