We will not stay here again
Pros:

Was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff yelled at my little girls because they forgot their shoes. They could have said nicely that they needed them. Also we brought our dog and there was never a talk about a fee. On our 2nd night there a rude lady yelled at me taking my dog outside about not paying a pet fee. The staff at this hotel are extremely rude.

The staff was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable and they put breakfast out early so we could eat before our flight.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for our visiting needs. The AC worked. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was an abundance of towels. And the staff -- front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast staff -- was unfailingly pleasant.

Cons:

There was only one (1) chair in a suite that was reserved for three guests. Even if there were only two guests, a single chair in a room is simply not enough. Having to sit on a three-foot-high bed is not a satisfactory option. Also, the TV remote was the least intuitive I have ever used -- and I have used an awful lot of remotes in my life. First World problems? Perhaps. But I come back to: One Freaking Chair! Other than these two gripes, we were pleased with the accommodations.

The staff was awesome, the place was clean and our beds were SO comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

As somebody who's trying to eat healthier to lose weight, I would have liked the breakfast to have more low carb options and cut up fresh fruit, or sugar free yogurt instead of regular. They had a general bowl of fruit but diced fruit cups or something would be nice. The eggs tasted like cardboard you could tell that they were instant.

Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

All staff was friendly and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast personnel we were met with a smile. We felt very welcomed.
