Absolutely loved it and would stay again!
Pros:

I loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and I was able to rent a bicycle from them directly. My room was clean and absolutely huge which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is amazing and so fresh and the location is perfect for being in the heart of tam coc whilst also being down a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Very helpful with organising bikes to ride around town. Easy walk into town.

Cons:

Has recently changed name, so was difficult to find. Cockroaches in the bathroom.

El alojamiento es bastante cómodo y el personal muy amable, nos facilitaron mucho el transporte de vuelta ja Hanoi, nos dieron el servicio de poder alquilar una moto ellos mismos desde el hotel y el desayuno súper rico!! Está muy bien situado en el centro..

I have never received such genuine and caring service at a hotel. Huyen, Anna and their team did everything to make our stay at Tam Coc pleasant and stress free. We rented bikes through them, and one of our family members was unable to participate, so they organised one of their family members to do an easy ride for him on the back of a motorbike. Huyen took us in a private car to see all the main sites of Tam Coc which was such an easy and enjoyable way to sight see. He was so caring throughout and taught us many things about the history of Vietnam. The rooms were spacious and clean, the location was perfect. Lovely breakfast included. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for all your care, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Pros:

Les propriétaires de l’hôtel sont adorables ! Ils vous conseillent et vous aident à organiser votre séjour sur place ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et la chambre est parfaite !

Pros:

Posizione (si trova come anche come Hotel Sueno), staff accogliente, camera ampia e pulita.

Cons:

Prezzo del noleggio motorino elevato, ma dal canto nostro non abbiamo trattato.

Good location, close to everything
Pros:

Well room semi clean, nice space and amazing bath

Cons:

Breakfast, no ever continental breakfast , you have to choose some options look like soup or omelette or something else.
