Still the best place to stay in Recklinghausen.
Pros:

The Staff was very nice, location excellent, restaurant Angels very good.

Cons:

The Junior Suite we stayed in was not so comfortable. The double bed on one side was under a sloped ceiling. To go out on that side was quiet challenging. The bathroom was big but the shower very small.

Komme gerne wieder - so geht Hotel 2026.
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, ich übernachte geschäftlich sehr viel, aber das war wirklich gut - nicht übertrieben, aber bemerkenswert sympathisch und professionell. Checkout war genauso angenehm - ich komme gerne wieder. Zimmer Top gepflegt, Frühstück ebenso. Wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem angeblichen 4‑Sterne‑Hotel eine große Enttäuschung. Das Personal wirkte durchweg unkompetent und unfreundlich.
Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie ein deutlich höheres Service‑Niveau erwartet. Stattdessen habe ich hier eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich je in einem 4‑ oder 5‑Sterne‑Hotel gemacht habe.

Ein Hotel welches man gerne wiedermal besucht
Pros:

Das große Angebot am Frühstücks Buffett war sehr gut. Alles frisch zubereitet und sehr gut präsentiert. Aber ein grosses Dankeschön dem Servicepersonal. Sehr netten Empfang und Bedienung.

Pros:

Beste Lage für den Besuch der Innenstadt. Einfaches Parken direkt gegenüber im Parkhaus mit Service des Hotels. Zugewandtes, freundliches Personal.

Sehr schönes alt ehrwürdiges Hotel, jedoch mit einigen Schwächen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes historisches Haus in der Stadtmauer gebaut
Schicke Ausstattung, grosses gemütliches Zimmer.. Barkeeper sehr freundlich und zauberte tolle drinks.

Cons:

Personal ist nicht so freundlich, wie man es sich in so einem renommierten Hotel vorstellt. Morgens von der Rezeption keinen Gruß, im Restaurant wurden wir um 10.05h gebeten, dieses zu verlassen, da eingedeckt werden müsse, (alle anderen Tische waren frei) unglaublich.
Das Frühstück war Standard.
