3泊予約し、料金も支払ったのに、宿泊前日に宿泊出来ないと突然メッセージが来た。交渉して最初の２泊は宿泊し、３泊目は代わりのホテルを探してもらうことになったが、この騒ぎでストレス絶頂で休暇を台無しにされた。当然のように差額の返金もなかった。部屋はしょちゅう停電し、お湯も出なくなる。（ちなみに１泊目は夜１０時ころから停電し、翌日の夕方５時まで復旧せず）レストランは宿泊客が多すぎて飲み物のオーダーさえ出来ず、水さえ飲めずの食事だった。前回の宿泊が素晴らしかったので今回も３泊予約したのに、本当にガッカリした。

The Most Amazing Hotel and Warm and courteous staff. Especially Miss Cynthia in guest relations made our trip the best holiday of our lives. She went out of her way to see to our every need and comfort.
Absolutely loved everything about Muthu keekorak
This was my 7th stay at Keekorok, bringing different friends each time - the lodge, food, staff and grounds were excellent as usual.
We were very disappointed that the hippo pool had been drained for cleaning (though understand why), so only one hippo visible, when used to nearly 100 in past.
Great customer service & beautiful staff.
Extremely loved our kwaheri cake & the staff coordination.
Everything was excellent.
We must say the hospitality we received is exceptional and also we are vegetarian and had enough options. We must tell them in advance for better vegetarian food.
