Good experience nd Good hotel
Their Staff behavior, cleanliness of the room was very Good.
Indian dishes in their restaurant need to be limprovement.

They should keep first aid box for the guests. that was not there when I needed for a small wound.

I didn't like the deal I paid for Room with balcony but they refused to give.There is miscommunication between the agent & the Hotel ,the booking was confirmed much later after advance payment being done.
Location and behaviour of the staff of the hotel was very nice
The room was big and clean. AC was working fine. The entire staff was friendly and really helpful. Food was good.
The intercom was not working. The wall colours and lighting of the room was a bit loud. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The jet spray was installed on the left side.
The accommodation was of a satisfactory standard, offering ample storage for luggage and essential items. Its proximity to the Bolpur Railway Station, within a 2 km radius, was noteworthy. The cleanliness and location of the facility were commendable.
The Superior King room is well-appointed, although the bathroom may be considered small, hindering movement within the space. A chair for the dressing table is needed to enhance the room's functionality. The food quality and taste do not meet the expected standards, particularly in the case of the biryani, which was below par.
