One night due to cancelled flight and it was very nice.
Cons:

While a breakfast buffet was included it was somewhat sparse. They could have more and better offerings including more breakfast proteins such as bacon or sausage as well as scrambled eggs.

Staff was helpful but not friendly.
I was disappointed we could not leave our car there while we were flying. I shouldn’t have thought that would happen.

Pros:

Clean and close to airport with convenient shuttle service even with winter weather.

Cons:

SheRhonda was incredibly patient and helpful. It was clear she was doing the job of multiple staff members helping the lobby, bar AND front desk guests simultaneously. She was graceful and polite even under pressure. Thanks!

I like everything everyone is actually kind.
Pros:

The first lady receptionist who welcomed is very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

I got locked out outside where there are couch. The key card suddenly wont function. Good thing theres a passerby who opened the door from the inside. I was sooo cold outside.

Very convenient and comfortable short term.
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport is super convenient and the drivers are very friendly and super helpful if you have questions. There is also a nice variety at breakfast.

Cons:

There was a thirty minute wait to check in and I was double charged for the room and still waiting on my reimbursement to be returned to my bank.

Pros:

This was by far the cleanest and most modern hotel I've stayed at. Excellent bathroom and I love the wardrobe spot with tile - it made the room feel particularlu clean.

The shuttle driver was working the night of my stay extremely rude to the guests (including me) he was picking up from the airport. Please speak with him.
