Location is fine

Cons:

As my wife and I entered the room, the first thing we noticed was just how humid it was inside. I immediately went check the beds, which felt damp. I pulled the sheets up and on one of the beds noticed clear bed bug flecking. We checked out right after, and sadly I could not get a refund despite showing the photos of the bed bug evidence.

It was a great stay overall.
Pros:

I didn't realize there was breakfast so I didn't experience the breakfast.

Location was perfect!

Place was clean and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

The neighbor smoked outside his door and we had to ensure walking through his smoke drifting to our room. Smoking should not be allowed close to the building like that. If I needed to say longer, I would have left and found another place just because of the smoke.

I love the new rooms I want one of the bed frames sets but the beds are like a concrete slab and the pillows are hard as a rock I did not get one good night sleep

Cons:

The workers and maintenance are very rude , they beat on your door all times of the day . I don’t check in to be treated as I’m in the military. Very loud , more disturbance from them rather than the guest . Very unprofessional. And chaotic

Dirty walls, hard bed, itchy sheets, shower was super hard to start, no shampoo, open soap, only 2 washcloths, and no power to plug in the phone next to the bed.

Location was excellent.....quiet for sure , staff was very nice but everything else really needs help

OK, the towels in my room were clean but dirty, stains , dirty looking ,the white towel was brown color was like towels you use for cleaning , need to upgrade to new white towels, room very dusty had to wipe down all surfaces , toilet/tub need to be de-rusted like with bleach, they have a rust issue low water pressure , light shades ripped and one lamp did not work , breakfast was scary only coffee was OK , refrigerator was dirty but I cleaned that too ......after I cleaned it was just OK for one night stay ......no carpet in room so glad for that , floor was best feauture ....this place needs help!!!

The room was clean for the most part and was very cozy. There was an iron and ironing board as well.

Cons:

The room had Website in some corners of the room and the closet. Plus the bathroom space was a little tight when taking a shower. Also, no clock was in the room
