Having 2 toilets in a room. Good location. Sea view from higher rooms.
Not clean. Sofa had food particles on it. Curtains had insects. No good lightening and very dark at night. Staff not helpful with issues. Cleaners if came to clean and guest is sleeping or taking shower they don’t come again to clean the room and they don’t supply you with toiletries and drinking water for that day.
The rooms were dirty and had not been cleaned. The walls had insects and upon calling and showing the hotel staff their reply was so what its ok they are everywhere. We considered changing our hotel but had already made the payment for the Suite for 4 nights. We had to change our room minutes after we got it. Pillows were in a bad condition. Bath towels were torn, dirty, old and worn out. The toilet bowl was brown and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for months.VERY POOR HYGIENE STANDARDS. The restaurant was shut all day and only opened for breakfast so you can't order anything or even go to grab a bite at the property if you missed breakfast. We were totally disappointed. Would not recommend staying here even if the room was free of charge!

The pool was full of noisy children. Definitely didn’t want to swallow any of the water when I was swimming, if you know what I mean (wink)
