All things considered, good place to stay. Had a great lobby. Loved the vibe.
Pros:

Loved the art deco style, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The parking is really bad. Since there is only street parking available the only safe parking in downtown St Louis was valet which costs more money. So I didn’t like the unexpected expense. Also the bathroom door didn’t shut properly and lock so you could hear the other person in the bathroom.

Cons:

waited over an hour to check in with a line wrapping the whole lobby. Next day waited over 15 minutes for the valet attendant to even speak to me and then walked to the garage to get the car myself. very unorganized

Not great for big events nearby
Pros:

Close to Busch stadium. Room was okay

Cons:

Check in was backed up both before and after the concert. Like hours backed up. Valet parking was closed by the time the concert was over. Breakfast was not as good as normal stays at other hotels

Pros:

I didn't like anything about this hotel. I didn't stay

Cons:

I didn't like the parking situation ( on the curb three blocks away) the customer service was sub par. The guy checking me in was stressed. The computer went down he had a line and another associate clocked out and left while he was backed up.

The staff was great, lobby was clean, our bed was comfortable

Cons:

The parking was awful, there were homeless camps all around the hotel and construction, the room wasn't the cleanest, right beside the elevator so we heard it all night

Great stay if you are using public transportation but not if you drive.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the room was as described.

Cons:

No parking but valet parking that was an extra fee. There was only one valet on duty at a time.

Find a better option for the price
Pros:

Room was clean, shower worked, supplies were stocked AC was cold.

Cons:

No parking lot or garage, paid street parking only or a valet at $55 per day. LOTS of homeless people wandering around, hotel has security but that only helps the inside and does nothing for vehicle security. Window blind in the room was damaged and was unable to be fully closed to block out alll light, noise from other areas of the hotel carried into the room as well as noise from the streets below.
