Exceptional. The lady who solos the check in is extremelely an exceptional professional.
Pros:

Very well done. They even have a pancake machine. It is setup and run by an old military vet who keeps an eye on everything. I appreciate it when someone is around to keep an eagle-eye on the food areas

It was good other than the parking.

The front staff was kinda rude when we arrived.
The location was terrible as far as parking
The extra blankets for pull out bed was all waded up like they weren’t clean.

Pros:

I had a reservation since April. I showed up to the hotel and was told there was no rooms available. There were multiple people in the same situation. There seemed to be only one employee working. People couldn't find their cars either and the valet worker was no where to be found.

Very calm and peaceful.
Pros:

The breakfast was good but similar meals each day, not enough parking in the area. The staff are exceptional and they make your stay very enjoyable, security personnel are always available in the premises.

Cons:

the limited parking area, and my view from my window was to anther building.

Great hotel. Clean with friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel room was spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Lots of security.

Cons:

Location had a lot of homeless people nearby. When we were leaving for dinner, we spotted a homeless lady touching the back of our suv. 😵‍💫 Was a little uneasy parking car on street at first, but it ended up being fine.

Wonderful couldn't have ever expected this of a great experience

We have stayed here twice during the Gateway Dirt Nationals and have really been very pleased from the staff as well as the facilities and we will be staying here this December again for the Gateway Dirt Nationals,thank you
