We have two adults and two kids. The sofa bed could not sleep two.
It was fairly clean. Staff friendly even though they could provide no information or familiarity with the area.
NO HOT WATER! Bed and pillow not comfortable. Extra $55 required to park at their valet only street parking.
Room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the cathedral Church.
Check in a little chaotic we were given our room, but apparently we were a little early (30 min) so they took our luggage and kept it for us. We went to our event when we came back that room apparently was all the sudden not available. We were given another room however the bed wasn't the queen I reserved.
Parking was expensive, valet is pretty much your only choice at $55 a day.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful
I never was able to take a hot shower. Water barely got warm. We had no remote and very little toilet paper when we got there which made me question how clean it was even though it looked clean
The location was great. Good walking distance to the event venue.
The rooms had a very strong perfume smell that you could not get rid of. Gave me a migraine. The blanket on the bed had a bright red stain on it when we arrived in the room. I asked for a new blanket and one was not provided until I went to the front desk later. No one ever apologized for the dirty blanket.
Staff is wonderful! Friendly, accommodating, helpful. There is street parking surrounding the hotel that is free overnight. Location across the street from the beautiful library and a block from plenty of restaurants is ideal. We were here for an event at the convention center which was an easy walk. Room is clean, comfortable, bigger than expected, and has ample kitchen amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!
The woman at the front desk was nice.
The room was clean but we didn't have linens for the pull out couch, we ran out of toilet paper and the smoke detector was broken and kept chirping which kept us up all night. When we asked about it we were told there was nothing they can do.
Good breakfast
Parking was too expensive. We never utilized in/out. Our event was at the convention center. Hotels closer charged much less.
Location
The road the property was on was under construction somewhat difficult to navigate
cold Water, not enough hot
Clean, great breakfast, and kind staff.
