Musty smelling room also the hotel reception was arrogant when I checked in. But when I checked out, there was a very nice Indian woman at counter.

KEEP IT UP. BEST HOSPITALITY. REPEATABLE
Pros:

From the first step into the lobby, it always gives me goosebumps with the cleanliness, and the staff are so nice; they never show their bare faces and always keep smiling. Then from the lift, to the room, omg I'm speechless with the shiny toilet bowl without a single dust or mark. I love it so much, and the contractor was so responsive since we are having problems with the sliding door; they managed to solve it asap. Overall, maybe can improve on breakfast buffet, but nothing much, it's excellent already. Plus, from my window and balcony, i can see the best night scenery and it is breathtaking. should repeat soon. I always recommend and highly suggest this hotel to my contacts and friends since it is always worth my money and is the best place for me to escape reality.

Cons:

I think the hotel is not "rapidkl" friendly, I guess, but it is not the management's fault. since were backpackers and did not travel with our own transport, we needed to walk far to arrive at the nearest RapidKL bus station at Ampang Point. But, never mind, there's also "grab" that you can order to go to the bus station. Plus point if you travel with your own transportation.

Verry old hotel room facilities no 0 door in tha room was out of paint and broken

Break fast was verry verry poor just coffee machine chicken curry with rice some fruits and juicr bread ..tha lady cooking egg i thing she don't no how to frying an egg egg white was runnin no test of food during my 7 days stay i only had a one morning break fast it was so disappointing

Beautiful view, but the stay didn’t quite meet expectations.
Pros:

Recently had a staycation, and to be honest, the highlight of the entire experience was the lake view it was absolutely beautiful and very calming.

Cons:

However, the overall stay didn’t quite meet expectations. The room and facilities felt average, and there wasn’t anything particularly memorable beyond the scenery. Service could have been better, and the experience didn’t really justify the price.

It’s a decent place if you’re just looking to relax and enjoy the view, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and overall guest experience.
