The room, the view, the friendly and helpful staff. There's a powder room with huge mirror, helps me when im doing my make up for dinner event.

Cons:

Only 1 car per/room can register to validate the free parking.

Staff receptionist sangat membantu, ramah, mesra dan terbaik.

Cons:

Sarapan pagi sepanjang 4hari3malam menginap adalah menu yang sama.

Pilihan menu yang sangat sikit dan sama.

Rasa menu kurang sedap dan tiada pilihan.

Eggs section okey lah.

Sila tukar menu, perbaiki rasa masakan yang macam rasa makanan asrama biasa sahaja.

NOT COMING BACK ALTHOUGH THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS

Spacious room and scenic ambience.

Cons:

1.Toilet
-The water flow through the bidet is very slow.
-There is dirt on the bathroom wall (not cleaned well)

2.Food
-A messy food arrangement.
-Lack of variety.
-Doesn’t taste good. / Not tasty (the sambal of nasi lemak is not fully cooked).
-Nasi lemak should be served with hard boiled egg and cucumber, however, neither was provided.

3.Staff
-Front desk staff were not welcoming (staff was answering the handphone, while other staff were busy doing other things).
-No one approached,waiting for almost 5 minutes to be attended (I'm standing at the reception desk until i spoke first).
-No bellboy (i have to carry all the luggage by myself, It seems that no one wants money tips from me.)
-Front desk staff (check in) not smiling,speak very slow and not confident.

4.Lobby
-Although the lobby is spacious, there are no sofas for guests to sit while waiting.
