OK despite breakfast
Pros:

Clean
Good fish and chips in the restaurant although it took awhile to appear after ordering.

Cons:

The manager should be fired. Poor and slow service, possible understaffing?
Breakfast options not renewed according to number of guests. Ran out of juice, pastries, toast, yogurt, and they were not being replenished.

Pros:

The location

Comfortable hotel with good pub food available. Good location to get to NEC
Pros:

We were using the hotel as a stop over before going to Crufts at the NEC, it is was a very suitable place for this with friendly staff and a good meal in the eveing. We left before breakfast. Much better value and more pleasant than staying in the city.

Cons:

Comfortable room and good to have a restaurant available for the evening.

Good friends revisiting the hotel after 10 years
Pros:

The location was great for us as in the older part of Kenilworth but easy to get to the main area of town. We had stayed here 10 years ago when under another name so new it was the perfect location for us

Cons:

Rooms although comfortable could do with a slight refresh ie carpet had marks and bathroom had shower curtains but only minor things

A good stay just outside the town centre.
Pros:

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was tired and needed a refresher. The towels were threadbare in places. The tea and coffee making facilities were not refreshed each day. Most of the rooms are up a steep staircase.

Cons:

Basic accomodation. No frills. Staff not accomodating, if you could find any ? IE Bar closed at 11 we were refused service at 10:30 & we were sober.? They just wanted to go home it would seem... No room cleaning service on bank holidays... Coffee/tea/biscuits after 2 days not replenished... Breakfast ? Go to Spoons...Poor to very average... Must try harder...

Beautiful pub with great staff and wonderful food in a great location just a shame about the curtains in the room .
Pros:

The location is fantastic and in a really quiet area but close enough to what we wanted to explore. It’s a beautiful old property but well kept. There’s free parking which is great.

Cons:

The curtains in the room don’t get close enough to the windows so as soon as it’s light the room is full of light and it woke me up.

Bien, pour 1 à 2 nuits maximum.
Pros:
