The restaurant area was too small because the hotel was so busy. We had to wait in the lobby to find a seat. The pool area was too small because it was so busy. We weren’t able to use the pool at all. The staff were very polite and friendly. All the staff were solution-oriented. We would like to thank all the staff.

Cons:

Given the number of guests at the hotel, the pool seemed rather small. We never managed to use it. As there weren’t enough tables in the restaurant, we had to wait for tables to become free amidst the crowds. We ended up having to pay to use another hotel’s pool.

Cons:

The check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM, yet our room was still not ready, which is unacceptable at that time of night. We ended up waiting for almost an hour.

Due to this lack of time management, we even considered canceling our booking. When we were finally given a room, it was not the one we had originally booked.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
