The staff were incredibly attentive and the facilities were immaculate. We in particular loved the spa facilities, and it was a great way to start our day before exploring Istanbul.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und es hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Das gesamte Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und herzlich, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt.
​Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service mit dem Shuttle zum Taksim Square, der immer zuverlässig funktioniert hat und unsere Ausflüge sehr entspannt gemacht hat.
​Auch die Sauberkeit war tip top. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und waren immer in einem makellosen Zustand. Alles war perfekt organisiert und sehr gepflegt.
​Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel jedem Istanbul-Reisenden nur ans Herz legen!

Pros:

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Spa, including steam room and sauna used on a couple of occasions and were fantastic and included in the price.

La habitación y las instalaciones muy limpias y modernas. Me gustó todo. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar las almohadas que son un poco duras y las toallas no son muy buenas pero de resto todo excelente.

Kostenloser Shuttle zum nur wenige Minuten entfernten Taksim- Platz.

Cons:

Die sehr „strenge“ kleine asiatische Aufpasserin im Wellnessbereich. Ein wenig netter und man würde sich viel wohler und willkommener fühlen, der Bereich selbst ist TOP

L’hôtel il est pire ça passe

Cons:

Les points négatifs dans l’hôtel c’est les tarifs tout ce qui est mini. Bar petit déjeuner et déjeuner. Les prix sont en euros et ils sont abusés c’est le seul point négatif que je trouve il n’y a pas d’accès métro tram. Sinon à part ça ça va
