The breakfast is a bit lacking
I would not recommend staying at Naz City Hotel.
The room was very old, worn out, and not clean. The towels looked old and heavily used, and the room was nothing like what was shown in the photos or advertised online.
The price was extremely high considering the poor quality of the hotel. Breakfast was not included in our rate, and we ended up paying around €80 for a very simple breakfast that was not worth the price.
Be very careful with the items in the room. Anything you use from the minibar or snacks is charged separately in euros. There was no complimentary bottled water, and housekeeping was very limited and inconsistent.
Most of the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Only two staff members were friendly and respectful, and I appreciate their kindness.
After spending time in Istanbul, I realized there are many hotels that are newer, cleaner, more luxurious, and much more affordable. It is also very easy to find accommodation once you arrive.
My advice is not to rely on the hotel's online advertising. The photos and descriptions did not match my experience. I also recommend not paying high prices to book this hotel online. There are many better options in Istanbul that offer much better value for your money.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not stay here again.

Close to Taksim Square but the route is hilly, you need to have taxi or shuttle.
It’s not mentioned you have to pay for the shuttle. They charged us 10€ per room.
I reserved the hotel for the swimming pool because of my children, however, it closed 2 days out of 4 days during my reservation.
Cleaning and Maintenance takes two days !

Υπάρχουν κοντά μάρκετ και ένα εστιατόριο μέχρι αργά το βράδυ.
Υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης κάποιες φορές και οι πετσέτες ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημένες και καθόλου απορροφητικές.
Είχε ακριβώς δίπλα σούπερ μάρκετ και το pilav sarayi με εξαιρετικό και οικονομικό φαγητό!!
Το δωμάτιο και οι παροχές για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν ικανοποιητικό, αλλά όχι αντάξιες 4αστερου ξενοδοχείου σε καμία περίπτωση.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολλή κακή,βράδυ δεν κυκλοφορεις εκεί γύρω με τα πόδια, στενά δρομάκια, πολλοί μετανάστες και γενικά φουλ υποβαθμισμένη η περιοχή γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο και στο δρόμο προς στην ταξιμ!!Εντονη φασαρία από το βενζινάδικο/πλυντήριο αυτοκινήτων, που βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι και πλένουν με πιεστικά, λεωφορεία και ταξί μέχρι 2 την νύχτα και ξανά από της 6 το πρωί.
Οι πετσέτες θέλουν επειγόντως ανανέωση!!!
Το βαν για την πλατεία ταξιμ δεν είναι δωρεάν, έχει κόστος 10€, οπότε συμφέρει το ταξί που μέσω εφαρμογής κοστίζει από 5 έως 7!
