Cons:

O pequeno almoço não é bom. Cheguei meia hora antes do horário de encerrar e não havia quase nada. Eles não repõe o que vai acabando.

Mooie luxe hotel

Cons:

Enige minpunt is dat het hotel bergafwaarts gelegen is. Maar daar hebben ze wel een mooie oplossing voor; dagelijks gratis shuttle service vanuit het hotel naar taksim square vanaf 8 uur ‘s ochtends tot 8 uur ‘s avonds. Heel fijn dat je niet zelf hoeft te lopen daarheen!

Trés bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Personnel sympathique
Bon petit déjeuner
Lit confortable
Espace détente (sauna hammam et piscine)
Navette pour aller a taksim en quelques minutes

Cons:

le quartier n'est pas trés beau, l'arrivée à l'hôtel a été un peu compliqué si vous ne prenez pas de Taxi, mais cela ne pose pas de problème une fois arrivée à l'hotel.

We will choose a different place next time

Shuttle to the Taksim square.

Cons:

We chose this hotel because of its very high ratings, but unfortunately it was a disappointment.

We booked two rooms for 5 nights, and both had several issues. We reported these to the reception, but none of them were properly fixed during our stay.

The bathroom door was broken and could not be closed properly. One of the lamps was constantly buzzing, likely due to an electrical issue, but it was never repaired. The kettle in the room did not work; it was replaced with another one that was broken and leaking.

All rooms have carpet flooring, which was stained in several places. The towels were extremely thin, almost like cloths. The pillows were hard and made a rustling noise, and the children could barely sleep on them.

After these experiences, we did not even try the hotel’s other services.

The hotel is located next to a busy, noisy road. The view from the rooms was either towards the traffic or towards a very run-down and messy courtyard of a neighboring building.

Overall, this was far from what we expected based on the reviews. We will definitely choose a different place next time.

Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s modern design and cleanliness. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and you can reach Taksim relatively quickly.

Cons:

The only downside is that the walk to Taksim involves a steep uphill road, which can be a bit tiring, especially after a long day. However, it doesn’t take too long to get there.

Nice Hotel but so much worse with restricted Shuttle service
Pros:

Its nice and clean

Cons:

They have reduced their shuttle service from 24/7 to 8pm.
Also they are at the bottom of the hill, so no chance to reach taksim with steep hills without the shuttle service
The road doesn't have any Bus stops or metro. So you're kinda stuck

Also Bedding is not upto standard. Hard pillows

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in April. We really liked it. We’re a family of five. They gave us a family room. The kids were close by but had their own separate room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. There is a free sauna and pool. Parking is right next to the hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Taksim Square.
