You gotta stay here!
Pros:

I can't say enough great things abou the staff at this hotel! They were all very kind and helpful, we got a 20 minute intro to Hanoi upon our arrival!

The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room was basic with firm beds, the shower pressure was a little low, It's an older hotel with some wear, but all was clean, there are great banh mi and pho stands right out front, and cld cheap beer in the corner store - will stay here again 100% if I ever visit Hanoi again!

Pros:

The room and washroom were very small. There were no electrical outlets near the bed and desk. The washroom shower did not drain well and flooded the washroom.

Pros:

DISHONEST ADVERTISING! Bills itself as a "luxury hotel", claims to have a pool--in fact, no pool, and the hotel is very basic, dim, and run-down. The room we were given had blacked-out windows and smelled *very strongly* of something--there was a car air freshener hanging from the bedside light! We forfeited the cost of a two-night non-refundable booking and walked out once we got a good look at the place. Just go elsewhere.
