It was a very frustrating stay as they were just stuffing us around, and ignored us after weeks of following up about th

Cons:

Very disappointed!!! Upon arrival at the property we were moved to a different unit, after being told they were doing maintenance on the unit that would take 3 days. But it was very obvious that they had just let someone else stay there for the nights that we paid for because when we finally got the unit they were cleaning it after they had checked out. The unit they put us in did not have a good view and was smaller than what we had paid for. We asked for a discount which they agreed to, however after we checked out they have still not paid us back and have been ignoring my messages. The kitchen sink and fridge was also leaking which damaged some of our items that were left on the floor near the laundry.

Can improve.
Pros:

Aircon is working well

Cons:

No TV in either one of the rooms.
Not enough linens.
You need to bring your own blanket , it can get cold at night

Not a serviced apartment nor luxurious. It's an Air BnB.
Pros:

Spacious with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with utensils. Washing machine..

Cons:

Aircon
- very misty and it's time to service.

Fan
- need to provide stand fans as many people don't turn on the air con the whole night.

Towels
- low quality and smelly

Toilet rolls
- this is basic and I had to call and ask.

Water kettle
- low quality, plastic smell in water

General cleanliness
- when we first stepped in, there were shoe marks on the floor
- ⁠the stnadards is not good.

Had to pay for housekeeping..
