Off the beaten path of a busy area but close to everything without the chaos of the area.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! Breakfast was great and well stocked. Offered suggestions on local restaurants and activities.

It was well worth the price, clean and close to attractions.
Pros:

The size of the room was quaint and comfortable. The location was really good. The cost was unmatchable.

Cons:

The door was very loud as people were coming and going, since I was the the first room near the entrances/exit near the pool.

Pros:

The check-in and check-out staff are welcoming, kind and courteous. Extremely clean facility. Fanny in housekeeping should be commended on her excellence in cleanliness. Also, Tammy, as she kept the breakfast items well stocked. Now let's talk about the BEST Hotel breakfast in Pigeon Forge, TN. If you leave hungry then it's your own fault. Day 1: egg and cheese omelet, sausage links, biscuits and sausage gravy, make your own waffles along with hot or cold cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, 4 or 5 kinds of fruit juice, coffee and hot tea. Day 2: scrambled eggs (real) with sausage patties and everything else mentioned.

Cons:

They need to offer small bottles of water, small boxes of white or chocolate milk for children. Also bananas.

Decent stay for the price, but probably will not rebook.
Pros:

It was very nice and conveniently located to everything. Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly, when you could find them.

Cons:

The hallways were hot and the unit in our room did not stay consistent with the thermostat temp. There were several times no one was at the front desk for long periods of times. Our card stopped working and even the cleaning lady could not find an office worker and she had to use her master card to let us in our room. Seems there were a lot of smoke breaks during these times.

Very good. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Room was good, liked that the sleeper sofa was private. Did not eat breakfast but it did look good. Location was good.

Wifi was not good. She say someone was coming out to work on it. So that's a big plus.

Pros:

The pool was still open during our stay which was after labor day so that was exciting for me. Love to be in hot tub outside when the whether is a little cooler than summer months.
