The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

The room was quite small. The sink was installed right next to the entrance door, with the kettle and glasses placed beside it. As a result, water would easily splash onto the surrounding area while washing your hands or face, which was not very practical. In addition, the window was very small and narrow, and it faced a wall, so there was almost no natural light or view.

A fairly nice stay for the price you pay and i’d repeat it.
Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast buffet, AC, price, toiletries and cleanliness. Very importantly, free laundry including the detergent, softener and disinfectant which is a huge plus. This allows you to pack less giving room for all the shopping you’ll do.

Cons:

Rooms of the same class vary in size but they are fairly reasonable. No closet or drawers to store clothes or luggage. You just have a few hangers. There’s a bench enough for a medium-large luggage and if you have another one, it’ll go on the floor. The hotel entrance is probably the biggest downside to the whole experience although you kinda get used to it. Being said, it can definitely be improved.

Pros:

部屋がモダンで清潔、照明など細部にまで配慮が行き届いていた。レセプションスタッフの心配りも最高だった。

Cons:

各階のエレベーターホールに灰皿が設置されていることで、廊下がタバコ臭かったのが唯一のマイナス点

Nice little hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Well positioned with just a 5 minute walk to The Bund

Cons:

Staff tried to pull a shifty regarding the room rate. However once I explained that the superior room that they tried to get us to pay extra for was currently discounted to the regular twin room, they finally acquiesced.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi da tutti i siti di interesse, struttura molto pulita e nuova. Letto alla francese era comodo e spazioso per due persone

Cons:

É stato difficile localizzare posizione su Amap, il personale fatica a spiegarsi in inglese quindi è cortese ma molto rapido e distaccato

I like almost everything specially the very helpful staff and location. I was very comfortable and even though the hotel is by the main road, it wasnt too noisy in my room.

Location is great, walkable distance to the Bund and very conveniently located near Starbucks and grocery stores.

Cons:

Room is equipped with just a small window (cannot open) which the hotel should describe more clearly at the booking page to manage expectations.
Breakfast restaurant is also small - hard to find seats at peak hours so that impact on the overall experience as well.
