Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner copieux si vous déjeunez comme les chinois (pas trop continental). La chambre est confortable et jolie.

Cons:

Le personnel est peu engageant, ils parlent un anglais difficile à comprendre (peut être pas pour un anglophone mais pour un français si). Et faites attention en réservant la chambre, les photos sur l'application vous donnent l'impression (dans mon cas) qu'il y a une fenêtre avec store et rideau mais l'ouvrant mesure 15 cm de large pour 60 cm de haut et donne sur un mur tout proche. Bref vous êtes dans le noir. J'aurais payé plus cher pour une vraie fenêtre si le descriptif était plus clair.

Cons:

The room was very warm and stuffy, but the air conditioning doesn’t work. They say it can’t be turned on in any of the rooms, outside of the summer. I dont think that’s right since they list air conditioning as a feature of the hotel. They brought me a fan and were very nice but I was pretty uncomfortable throughout my stay. They also would not let me cancel my reservation once i realized the AC does not work.

Pros:

Location was the best for this Hotel, in Shanghai there are many options but location was all with excellent price value for the location and size of the room. The bathroom with all three features separately made it very convenient for us as a couple to take advantage of time. Nanjing Road East Metro Station was very near just like 500 meters walk and from that metro station is so easy to get to Yu Yuan, Liujiazui, etc. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and outside next to the Hotel entrance there was a Starbucks, Manner Coffee, 7Eleven and another convenient store. Best of all free luggage storage.

Fantastic location and very comfortable
Pros:

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast provided a lot on offer. Beds were comfortable. Room was small but the layout was great and made it comfortable. Free laundry was an excellent plus.

Buena opción cerca del Bund y Metro
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento en Atour X Hotel The Bund East Nanjing Road. A 4 cuadras del metro, llegando al Aeropuerto de Pudong es simple combinar el Maglev con la red de Metro. Habitación amplia y limpia. La recepción esta dentro de la manzana, se accede por una entrada desde la calle Hankou pero esta bien señalizada. Amable personal. A tres cuadras del Bund para llegar caminando a ver el Skyline en cualquier momento.

Das Hotel liegt wenige Meter vom Bund, Nanjing Road und Metro entfernt. Ideal um Shanghai zu erkunden. Das Personal spricht etwas englisch. Frühstück chinesisch mit westlichen Optionen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben dadurch defacto keine Ablagefläche.
