Lugar muito tranquilo, verdadeira paz.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, com muitas lojas e restaurantes próximo. O hóspede tem autonomia para entrar e sair o tempo todo do hotel e me senti em segurança, apesar de não ter um atendente diariamente na recepçao. Toda a instalação muito organizada e limpa. Eles disponibilizam máquina de café para uso sem custo algum. O quarto é bem grande e confortável. Única coisa que me incomodava um pouco era água que acumulava no box, parecia estar um pouco entupido o ralo.

Ideally located boutique hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

This boutique hotel is ideally located right off the main square and is just charming. Comfortable rooms and we enjoyed our terrace outside as well. The staff was welcoming and helpful with local recommendations.

Cons:

The rooms were small but we made it work. Having the outside terrace made it feel more spacious.

Everything is good except the elevator.

Le personnel très accueillant et une chambre avec de l'espace

Cons:

Dans l'ensemble c'est un hôtel bien placé avec un accueil courtois et professionnel
Néanmoins en saison estivale au mois d'août il peut y avoir un peu de bruit à l'extérieur

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Excellent location, minute walk to the central square in Sorrento so great access to bars and restaurants nearby. The lady on site was there to meet us on arrival and showed us the room and facilities. The bed was really comfortable and room cleaned daily to a good standard

Cons:

Not a complaint but the base of the matress was around 3 inches larger than the matress and with the bed cover over it meant I hit my leg on it quite a few times, there was tea making facilities in the room (no coffee) but the coffee machine in the main entrance always seemed to be off (we didn't get to ask how it was switched on - our fault), overall, nothing really to complain about!

Had an awesome stay I highly recommend
Pros:

You couldn’t ask for a better location, right where you wanna be close to everything close to the train this is where you wanna be. The host was very good in communication tips and just an overall Nice Guy.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was awesome.
