Pros:

朝食は選択肢が無く、毎朝パン、フルーツ、コーヒーだった。野菜や肉は出てこない。
スタッフは気さくな人が多いが、ルワンダ人の気質なのか、依頼していた事が忘れられたりした。
値段はリーズナブルだと思った。
同じタイミングで滞在していたウガンダ人の団体がうるさかった。

Cons:

ホテルWifiは弱く、通信に苦労した。
部屋の建付けが悪いのか、自分の部屋のドアがスムーズに閉まらなかった。
タイミング悪く、隣の敷地で建設工事が行われていて、日中は工事の騒音がうるさかった。夜の騒音はしない。

Unpleasant .
Pros:

The lady at front desk is friendly and passionate about her work
But her boss instructed her not to offer breakfast yet the booking indicated breakfast included
She wanted me to pay extra for breakfast in addition to the booking,com fees which I definitely had to skip because facilities looked out of service and unpleasant

Cons:

The hotel facility looks like it’s out of service. With construction going on around the neighborhood
The hotel doesn’t seem to function well it’s only the front desk that looks good

That girl at the kitchen called Ezel was really friendly with excellent customer service; God bless!

This place was very welcoming and cozy, I would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the private bar area and that you could just sit there when you wanted to, that was so relaxing

Cons:

There were just a few small things that did not work properly like the TV but I used the laptop and the wifi signals were weak.
