Pros:

The host contacted us and offered a upgrade stating that for additional P3000+ the room would be bigger. We walked in with a very fowl smell all over the pad and figured it’s originating from the bathroom. The shower pipe was broken. The sofa chair and bed frame were too old that my husband were too scared to lay on (I had expressed to the host that my husband and our 10 yo son are American size and she guaranteed that her furniture will be good for them), the bed frame were loose and it moves. This unit has a lot of bugs crawling around everywhere! The host does not offer any toiletries and so make sure you bring your own! I had rented from another guy at the same Condo but and I was impressed by his unit and service and so I decided to come back. I just wished his was available to rent for the days that we needed. My brother came to visit to drop off some padala to bring back to San Francisco with us and to help us packed and the host considered that as an additional guest so beware! I rented the unit for Friday-Sunday but checked out Saturday and the host did not refund us for an extra day because she said she charged extra per guest. I understand that she’s running a business but at the same time, the unti itself shouldn’t be. The bugs and cleanliness of this unit needs to be addressed and checked regularly. We were scared to even used any utensils as it wasn’t cleaned as well.

Hi! I booked Penthouse good for three via you.
This was my first time via you guys and it was the worst experience anyone could have travelling internationally.I spent a great amount not peanuts for the same.Throughout my stay, the owner didn't care to ask about the stay but yes showed a lot of promptness in reminding me of the check out today.At the time of my arrival when I was clueless regarding things and called them all innumerable times with no /delayed responses.
The challenges I faced in trying to connect with the owner or their assistant for the smallest of necessities like wifi pwd, water,charger( which should have been told by them as basic courtesy/hospitality) was beyond my expectation.After multiple calls and requests, did I receive the message regarding the wifi and other details.In addition the utensils were not even washed, there was a worm inside the kettle and I guess pork / non veg was made inside the kettle or something similar and kept improperly washed inside.Am I expected to wash the kettle used by someone and cook in it.The bedsheets, pillow covers, quilt, everything was smelling and was kept used.Did I pay to get this kind of absurd stay.
You guys definitely made my initial stay in Philpines quite a challenging and disheartening experience.

I mean just think about it as an owner isn't this their responsibility to check on the guest or you all are just interested in mending money, collect it in advance and then not care about the guest.Highly disappointing.Never recommending anyone to you or the property if this is the experience you guys going to offer after taking such hefty amounts in advance.
The least I can expect is a refund because you guys definitely spoilt it for me by giving such an upsetting experience.
