Worth the affordable price for just a few days in a nonsmoking room.
Pros:

Beds were soft, there were many light sources, and the faucets all worked. TV had channels and youtube available.

Cons:

Our soup dispenser didn't work, though staff supplied us with bar soap instead once asked, and we only got two bath towels for four people. The bath faucet worked but was in bad shape, and the microwave didn't work.

Good for the budget conscious
Pros:

Bus stop out front on both sides gave easy access to Downtown Richmond and the Museums, Virginia State Capitol and the American Civil War Museum.

Plenty of eating options within a 2 minute walk. The Mexican next door excellent. Burger King, Arby's and Pizza Hut close and Waffle House for breakfast.

Cons:

Walls a little thin so if your neighbours are noisy might be a little off-putting. They're renovating here and done some great work but the bathrooms need new paint and new taps (hot water was good though).

Noise from road, noise from neighbors. Gaps under door lets in noise. Lumpy pillows. Not great mattress. Ice machine didn't work.

Trucking on to a better place from now on!
Cons:

We had to listen as the couple creamed having sex for hours. There were roaches. And the man who gave my fiance the key was very rude. Not really happy we had a dog and told us we wouldn't be able to extend our stay because we had a dog even tho they were supposed to be pet friendly and no one knew we had a dog except for those who seen us walking her.
