Pros:

Very spacious rooms, huge bed, huge bathroom. Good breakfast.

Cons:

the room was a little cold, 9 minutes from the city center.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Lovely property , great room

Cons:

The locked door at the front , early morning departures were an issue, just no one around . Not always quick to answer when outside either leaving you standing in the street .

Bathroom glass walls also interesting if sharing

L'emplacement dans le centre historique est très bien. Notre chambre était spacieuse. Chauffeur de taxi présent à l'hôtel, très pratique.

Cons:

Le matin très tôt il y avait des employés qui parlaient fort.

Friendly helpful service. Modern and classic style

Cons:

Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang cloths in the room. No closet, no hangers no hooks.
No privacy whatsoever in the bathroom or shower.

Esta cerca del metro a unos 10 min caminando, hay mucho que conocer a los alrededores, solo hay que explorar

Cons:

Esta limitada la carta de los desayunos, cena y cocteles. La habitacion no tiene caja fuerte (dan la opcion de guardar tu pertenencias de valor en la oficina del administrador) , aire acondicionado ni calefaccion. Nosotros solicitamos un calefactor electrico y nos lo facilitaron al momento.

Excellent boutique hotel with a great rooftop

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is truly excellent—conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy to explore everything around.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop, which offers stunning views—perfect for enjoying a sunset or simply taking in the scenery.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel even more special.

Overall, a fantastic experience—I would gladly return!

Great experience
Pros:

The property looks as pictured and is well maintained. The location is very convenient for the travelers looking to explore Quito historic district. Because of the layout of the rooms towards the interior yard, street noise is not present. This I found to be important as other places could suffer from street noise until late at night. The breakfast options are good and tasty. Dinner or a drink can be enjoyed at the roof top bar, which was very convenient for us.

A weird stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice

Cons:

They didn't give me a room with a bath which I paid for or respond to my enquiries about it. The room stank of sewerage. The staff were elusive about information at check in and there was no welcome drink which they advertised.
They were playing bangers at 10am loudly through the hotel. Don't expect a rest or a sleep in during the day here.
Strange place. No hand towels or bathmats either.
They are keen to flog tours but not helpful at all with anything else.

Super sted at bo i Quito.
Pros:

Virkelig godt hotel. Vi havde fået et virkelig stort og lækkert værelse. Med et kæmpe badekar 😍
Meget tæt på historisk bydel. Flink personale.

Cons:

Der er en lidt dårlig lugt fra badeværelset. Wifi kan drille lidt. Nogle gange vil det ikke vise en side.
