Fantastisk hotel med fremragende beliggenhed midt i centrum. Morgenmaden og rooftop baren var fantastiske. Værelset var
Pros:

Personalet og receptionisten var rigtig søde og meget hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden er virkelig fantastisk. Det ligger meget stille og roligt men stadig kun 5 minutters gang til centrum. Rooftop baren er bare smuk! Værelset er rigtig godt, sengen er behagelig og balkonen var fantastisk. Vi nød virkelig vores ophold og kan virkelig anbefale det. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god! Vi har allerede booket til at komme tilbage til hotellet! Tak!

Puede ser mejor
Pros:

Es una hermosa casa colonial cerca de museos y restaurantes para disfrutar del Barrio San Marcos.

Cons:

La comida en el RoofTop no fue nada buena, el desayuno es decente. La habitación no estaba lista a nuestra llegada y cuando fue entregada tenía un fuerte olor a químicos.

I love this place. It is in a remodeled historic building with 3 floors. It is beautiful and the rooms are elegant and comfortable. The price is affordable. The people who work here are wonderful. The rooftop bar is beautiful and has an incredible view.

Durch die Lage im Zentrum war es sehr sicher.

Cons:

Das Türschloss war kaputt und wir mussten daher mehrfach Hilfe erhalten um überhaupt ins Zimmer zu kommen.

Fijne sfeer en zeer ruime kamer. Met een enorm groot bed van 2 meter breed.

Niets, nou ja misschien andere gasten die te veel lawaai maken.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, bueno en relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones bien espaciosas. Ofrecen servicios de traslado con personal de confianza del hotel.

Cons:

Los precios de la comida dentro del hotel eran un poco elevado versus lo que se ofrecia, no aceptan tarjeta de crédito en el hotel por lo que me parece muy mal ya que no siempre se lleva efectivo y tampoco lo anuncian antes de hacer la reserva.

Camas sucias con manchas en las sabanas y pelos, manchas rojas en las alfombras, no hay servicio para cenar, desayuno nivel albergue, a las 07.00 h del dia 17 de febrero no habia agua caliente, varias llamadas desde la habitacion a recepcion sin respuesta, vestirme para bajar y buscar a una sola persona que esta al cargo del "Hotel", realiza comprobacion y manifiesta que esta averiado, duchandonos con agua fria 3 pex, solicitamos irnos y dejar pagado la noche utilizada y que nos devuelvan la siguiente noche, de la cual no vamos hacer uso, se niegan, solicitamos reunion con gerencia, by David, nos recibe, negando todo y comunicando que la averia ya estaba solucionada a las 11.00 h de la manaña y no dandonos opcion de abonar la noche que no ibamos a utilizar, ya que habiamos decidio no seguir en "Hotel" que sin duda no es de 4*, de no solucionar, nos servira a la empresa para tomar la decision de no reservar nunca mas con BOOKING y realizar las reservas de manera directa con los hoteles.

You have been warned. I Won’t trust this hotel

Bad neighborhood

Cons:

They wanted cash for payment. Give them 100 and won’t give me a reciept they received payment. Also didn’t have change for 100 and won’t give anything to acknowledged they received that to give change later. After said that , I’ll have to charge you 15% for a receipt. Demanded my money back and ran. Locked my cc and didn’t let them charge my card. Moments later they tried to charge my card on here.

Great staff!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful especially Diana at the reception

Cons:

The parking situation was odd We had to park on the street during the day. Transferred car to a very tight and narrow parking area for the night. Quito historic district is very narrow
