El desayuno horrible.-
La estructura es una casona colonial, bonita y en buen estado.
Decoracion no adecuada al lugar, habitacion cuyo baño no permite la privacidad necesaria y al menos mi cama muy incomoda. Ademas, a pesar de solicitar pagar en la estructura, me cobraron mas de un mes antes de llegar diciendo que me iban a reintegrar la cantidad una vez comprobado que la tarjeta era activa pero nunca hicieron el reintegro, ni siquiera me respondieron a mis mensajes en referencia a este tema. Este procedimiento es inaceptable.
It was well located
The rooms were not properly maintained. There was a stained couch and stained sheets in both rooms, as well as dusty surfaces. The bathroom door also did not close properly.

La ubicacion es relativamente buena.
La primera vez recibi una habitacion extremadamente mala, sin escritorio ni sillas.
En la ducha ponen un jaboncito miniatura y un sachet de shampoo.
La pantalla de television muy grande pero solamente conectada a You Tube. Sin canales ni streaming.
Arribe de noche. A las 21:45 la cocina estaba cerrada y no pude cenar.
El desayuno es MUUUUY MALO.
Debido a mis quejas, la segunda vez recibi una habitacion muy amplia y buena pero el problema de la television era el mismo y el desayuno por supuesto no habia cambiado. Seguia siendo pesimo.
Conforto, atendimento, silêncio, equipe incrível...
A única ressalva é a falta de um secador no quarto...
Mas foi facilmente resolvido...

Breakfast, staff, location, and building are all excellent. We did not eat up on the rooftop, but the view was outstanding.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel.
We stayed on the first floor (street level) so we experienced some street noise. Obviously not the fault of the property, just part of staying so close to the city center.

This was a great hotel. Room was huge, the bathtub was perfect and had enough hot water to take a luxurious hot deep bath plus shower after, the bed was big and cute, there was a lot of bench seating that helped packing bags for flight out, their $25 airport taxi service was convenient at 330AM. Rooftop bar we didn't use, breakfast was simple but hot and good. Try Purísima restaurant around the corner, it was the best food in Ecuador! Got this room on Genius discount and that made it worth the value for sure!
The main negative was cleanliness. I wiped my hand on a counter behind bathroom sinks and came up extremely dirty, the carpets are not vacuumed well, the floors are not perfectly free from debris, and the fancy bench seating needs to be vacuumed as there was a lot of lint, tiny candy wrappers, and debris in the seams. The housekeeping basically spot cleans the main items daily, but needs to deep clean the rooms more frequently. The other thing was the shower had mold on ceiling.
