Security staffs kindness, and the room was nice too cause it was 14th floor
The woman gave us a dirty room. Sheets had not been changed at all, filled with all kinds of weird spots. We had to clean the whole apartment for heavy dust too and change all bed sheets our self.
Right across road from Okada at 1/4 the price! Lovely small apartment with everything in it. Comfy bed, good bathroom and small open plan living room/Kitchen. Wi-Fi worked well, as did A/C. Great value.
Small thing but I’d like to have basic cooking things like oil, salt & pepper provided as it’s not economical to buy them for a short stay.
Towels are smell bad also beddings.
Staff were amazing and helpful, and the location was great. Was great having a washing machine after all the travelling we had done, aircons amazing and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately we couldn't store our luggage due to not having anywhere in reception to store. We had a late flight back to Australia, so we ended up using the storage at the airport until our flight at 12.50am
1. The place is very quiet and a have a nice view from the Balcony. If you're looking at a cosy stay with your partner, you could consider it but with ample preparations.
2. There are two huge malls, namely Ayala Malls Manila Bay and SM Mall of Asia within approximate 10-20 min car ride, dependent on traffic.
Top Dislike:
The internet is terrible and it is not a Fibre-Broadband Wifi! It is using a "Charged Sim-Card" for wifi which is intermittent. I could not even get stable signal to properly check my emails and do some work. Since the network is such, I could not happily access any entertainment (Netflix, YouTube, etc) on the smart tv; Imagine having the routing signal every few minutes for the next part of the movie to load.
Others:
1. Aside from the Okada Manila directly opposite the apartment, the area seems to be under development. Couldn't take an evening walk as it's too secluded to walk around and not brightly lighted.
2. No grocery shops available within the vicinity.
3. The toilet bowl foundation is loose, thus the urine smell is evident in the toilet.
4. At this era, there is no toilet bidet spray affixed makes it weird and inconvenient.
