Pros:

Вилла прекрасная, очень хорошая и комфортная. Особенно наличие собственного бассейна

Cons:

Очень долгое заселение, попался абсолютно неприветливый сотрудник, долго все проверял, делал все очень медленно, хотя мы были очень уставшими и с ребенком, да и ажиотажа при заселении не было, были не в час пик. в остальных случаях были приветливее, нет возможности разменять деньги, хоть и указано, что представительство банка.

Pros:

Понравился аутентичный вид отеля, красивая территория, тихо, спокойно, безопасно. Очень удобные кровати. ОтВ номерах каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Были мелкие претензии к мебели, но на 2 день этого уже не замечала.

Cons:

На завтраках подают напитки из пакетов , концентрированные соки!!! Для отеля такого уровня это просто не допустимо! Нет свежевыжатых соков!! Ну уж хотя бы напитки на основе свежих фруктов!! Ведь на Хайнане их множество! В постели были обнаружены черные мошки , не берусь утверждать , что это блохи, но они кусались

Pros:

Понравился бассейн на вилле. И отдельный гостевой домик. При размещении с ребенком очень удобно. Пляж не рядом. минут 5-10. Пляж общий. Так, что условия как для отелей первой, так и второй линии одинаковы.

Cons:

Не самый новый отель. Но, соответствует цене. На пляже нет зонтиков

Cons:

Мы не заселились в этот отель по причине запаха плесени в номере и расположения номеров у дороги поэтому уехали из отеля, нам сделали бесплатную отмену, но деньги на карту досих пор не вернулись. Просьба персонал отеля проверить информацию о возврате денежных средств на карту. Писала в поддержку ответа нет.

Хороший отель на второй линии. Необходимо почистить бассейны на виллах и освежить ремонт.
Pros:

Красивая территория с виллами, отличный завтрак, любезный персонал. Заселили в 10 утра, за что отдельное спасибо.

Cons:

Бассейн на вилле был не очень чистым + не работала циркуляция воды в бассейне. В зимний сезон солнце буквально на пару часов светило на территории виллы (за счет тени от стен и виллы) поэтому бассейн почти не прогревался и был прохладным.
Проход на пляж через соседние отели, шезлонгов не своих, а чужими пользоваться нельзя, если вдруг вам это важно.
