Breakfast was good and the room was very well taken care of

Cons:

Not satisfied with booking dot com. As of now we won't use them again. We attempted to cancel our reservation right after we made it becase we learned we had a party group rate (which we contacted the hotel about). When we arrived at the hotel we found that Bookings.com never canceled.We were required to call booking dot com to explain the confusion and spoke to someone who falsely said that they would take care of the situation...And did not. We ended up paying booking.com.
$285.42 as well, as Marriott Fairfield suites, a $190.79 which totaled $476.21 for one room for one night. We are not happy about this and want to speak to someone at Bookings.com.

The facility was clean and the staff was patient and nice.

Cons:

The bed was very low and too soft. It did not feel like a hotel bed. You woke up with back problems. The next door had kids running thru the hallways at 8pm-10pm and jumping on the beds and also were pounding on the walls. The location is right next to a WA WA so all night people hanging out and blasting music right under your windows. The windows are not sound proof. I could not beleive this was anMarriott
