Pros:

I loved the cleanliness and hospitality. As it was in old quarters, made our trip easier by walking to all the touristy places near by and very accessible.

Cons:

Chambres vétustes, tres petites. Mobilier abîmé. Fauteuil à 3 pieds par exemple. Literie usagée. Micro fenêtres avec stores cassés etc.....
Organisation de tours tres cher et non conformes à la demande.... etc...etc.....

Great stay in great location with great staff

The staff were amazing, very accomodating and helpful which made the stay better

Cons:

The second room was bit too small, slightly run down and noisy but when mentioned to staff they were amazing in accomodating an upgrade to a better room.

Excellent staff specially Freya, Duong and many other folks I forgot their names.
Pros:

Very central location almost 10 minutes walk to anywhere in old quarter. Freya, Duong,Huay and all other staff were superstars.

Cons:

Property has maintenance issues which should be sorted sooner. But generally it’s a good place to stay for a few days.

Nice simple hotel and friendly staff. My a/c wasn't working right and so they upgraded my room and included my laundry so they took good care of me :) Highly recommend
