Hotel situato a circa 1,5 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Palolem, raggiungibile a piedi.
Servizio bar ristorante aperto per tutta la giornata.
Colazione internazionale.
Personale molto cortese. Ambienti puliti.

Pros:

Our three-night stay at was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming — the atmosphere, the food, and especially the people who made this place so special.

The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. A heartfelt thank you to Swidel & Rashma and for their kindness and lovely energy. Special mention to Ramdas :) whose constant smile brought such positive vibes, and to Nadeem who made sure everything was perfect during breakfast and dinner, giving us such a pleasant dining experience every day.

A very special thanks to both managers — they were absolutely amazing. The manager Singh Sir instantly understood that I needed help and stepped in with such genuine care, making sure everything was handled in the best possible way.

This trip was extra special because it was my mom’s first trip, and honestly, nothing could have been better than this stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. We are leaving with beautiful memories and will surely come back again!

Pros:

Very nice staff. Bottled water in room everyday. Very clean. Hot showers.For an Indian hotel this is a very good standard.

Cons:

Pool was closed for the first two days, which was disappointing, as it was the only reason we booked this particular hotel. Far to walk to Palolem beach. I think it was quite expensive and the location is not great.

Cons:

The hotel promised a refund for our room cancellation of 1 day and made us fill a huge form thereby making our stay/vacation stressful. Soon as we left the city, the hotel completely denied possibility of any refund.
Following their own suggestions, I wasted few hours writing mails, contacting various people etc.
Would not recommend booking for your near and dear ones.

Pros:

Отличный отель: приборка каждый день, чистота, хороший завтрак, чистый бассейн, персонал очень обходительный, во всем старался помогать, фрукты покупали- по просьбе порезали, пиво в отеле не дорого, такси можно вызвать, тук тук- без проблем, в первый день пришла семейка обезьянок на крышу, никаких насекомых. Спасибо за отличный опыт!

Cons:

Дорога до пляжа ужасная, путешествовали пара и друг, другу дали большой просторный номер на одного, а нам очень маленький на двоих, к цене прибавили налог- никак не фиксируемая и не афишируемая сумма заранее, поэтому был сюрприз. Окна закрыты панелями, балкона нет, не хватало европейских продуктов на завтрак( яичница, овощи, зелень)
