We accept pets under the following conditions:
Small breeds - up to 5 kg
They cannot accompany you on the territory of the spa center, swimming pools and restaurant
In the common areas of the hotel must be led on occasion or in you
A daily fee of BGN 70/ EUR 35.79 per day per pet is charged
The pet must be vaccinated and it is advisable to carry its passport.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Ansprechendes Hotel aber der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt
Pros:

Der Spa Bereich ist außergewöhnlich für Bulgarien. Die Hotel Einrichtung ist edel und gemütlich

Cons:

Die Betten sind extrem weich.
Das Frühstück ist für uns definitiv zu fett und zu süß. Kein guter Käse oder Vollkorn Brot. Zu wenig frisches Obst und Gemüse. Aber für Bulgarien schon über dem Durchschnitt

SPA weekend
Pros:

It was my second time in Kashmir and I was impressed from the comfort and atmosphere again. The whole Hotel is a place to relax and enjoy the time. I can just recommend to everyone to visit if you search a place for SPA.
