We accept pets under the following conditions:
Small breeds - up to 5 kg
They cannot accompany you on the territory of the spa center, swimming pools and restaurant
In the common areas of the hotel must be led on occasion or in you
A daily fee of BGN 70/ EUR 35.79 per day per pet is charged
The pet must be vaccinated and it is advisable to carry its passport.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Най красивия, удобен, конфортен, уютен, приветлив, хотел в България и не само! Ресторанта е на топ ниво! Във всяко едно отношение е помислено. А начина по който те посрещат, обслужват и изпращат, няма аналог за нашите ширини с отличният си миниджмънт! Поздравления!

Cons:

нямам оплаквания. Всичко е перфектно. Може би само една лека забележка от към спа центъра, моля да се намерят по можещи масажисти, а не галячи. :)
