We accept pets under the following conditions:
Small breeds - up to 5 kg
They cannot accompany you on the territory of the spa center, swimming pools and restaurant
In the common areas of the hotel must be led on occasion or in you
A daily fee of BGN 70/ EUR 35.79 per day per pet is charged
The pet must be vaccinated and it is advisable to carry its passport.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

For the 3rd time here. Services, amenities and food at a high level of quality! All spaces are clean, bed confortable, breakfast buffet fulfill all requirements for non vegan and vegan guests, excellent dinner menu, huge spa and clean swimming pools near pine forest, fresh air and free activities for guests. Staff very polite and ready to help.

Концепция отеля для взрослых,спа комплекс,интерьер ресторана,расположение отеля в сосновом лесу,красивая ,ухоженная территория.
Прежде всего персонал на стойке регистрации, неприветливый,и не коммукативный.
Персонал ресторана -добавить импатии.
Еда-завтраки однообразные, нет шампанского-отель катируется 5 звёзд.
Полотенца-желательно обновить.

Alles: die Lage, die gesamte Anlage mit tollem Außenpool ("schwimmen im Wald"), die Thermalpools, ein wunderbarer, vielfältiger innerer Spa-Bereich; gutes und vielfältiges Angebot an Treatments. Auch die Zimmer waren schön: mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, wirklich groß und mit Sofa, Terrasse, Bad mit Fenster. Tolles Frühstück und v.a. Abendessen in gehobener Qualität. Man kann sich gerne chic dazu anziehen, das macht Spaß. TOP! Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Man könnte auch am 2. Tag neue Wasserflaschen im Zimmer bereitstellen und die Matratzen waren zwar bequem, uns aber etwas zu weich - aber das ist Geschmsckssache. Die Teller beim Abendessen werden sehr schnell weggenommen - teilweise hat man den letzten Bissen noch im Mund.
Отличный отель, номер чистый, постельное белье отличного качества и свежести. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Завтраки хорошие, небольшое замечание, что кофе платный. Ужины разнообразные и вкусные. Особого внимания заслуживают зоны отдыха и СПА. Все бассейны понравились, особенно купели в лесу. В зоне СПА работают массажисты высокого уровня. Отдельное спасибо за массажи. С удовольствием, вернусь снова в отель.
