We accept pets under the following conditions:
Small breeds - up to 5 kg
They cannot accompany you on the territory of the spa center, swimming pools and restaurant
In the common areas of the hotel must be led on occasion or in you
A daily fee of BGN 70/ EUR 35.79 per day per pet is charged
The pet must be vaccinated and it is advisable to carry its passport.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Beautiful hotel , nice and cozy, amazing pools and spa, springs baths in forest

Cons:

Bed a bit tilted on one side, water in shower not going in the channel but spreading across entire floor, not enough light for do make up.

Останалите неща без изброените по-долу.

Cons:

Хавлиите и халатите имат неприятна миризма на влага и застояло. Персоналът на бара на басейна не е особенно любезен-с GSM- е по-интересно....Би било добре при масажите да се спазват минутите за които се плаща....а не те да влизат в подготовката и след това в обличането на клиента. Би били добре да се помисли и за клиенти, за които предпочитат да са на отделни легла. Диваните, които предлагате са страшно неудобни с обратен наклон.

Още от самото начало обслужването беше великолепно. Персоналът е изключително любезен, внимателен и създава усещане за истинско гостоприемство.
Спа зоната е страхотна – много добре поддържана, спокойна и идеална за пълноценен релакс.
Вечерята беше на много високо ниво. Храната беше вкусна, добре поднесена и с отлично качество. Закуската също беше богата и разнообразна.
Всичко беше на много високо ниво – обслужване, атмосфера, храна и спа. Прекарахме си страхотно!
