Pros:

We like the place. Clean and aesthetically looking with all the painting , the bed is also comfortable and big and the balcony has a nice view. Another thing is the honesty store as its a bit convenient:)

Cons:

Well almost everything except that we are all from cebu city and this is a far since its in marigondon but its worth it man sad.
