The location of the hotel wasn’t the best, and we weren’t prepared about that but the hotel was really good but outside the hotel it was really chaotic

Confortable, au coeur de la ville!
Pros:

Bien situé (proche de la gare ferroviaire, guère loin de Connaught Place - quoique par une rue très encombrée...), des chambres vastes, confortables et bien équipées, un riche et très bon petit-déjeuner, un personnel sympathique et prévenant, un certain style (escalier en marbre, ascenseur en verre...); bref, un hôtel à recommander!

Bon arrêt sur Delhi
Pros:

La chambre est propre climatisée, le lit large et confortable, les équipements bien présents. Le rooftop pour prendre le petit déjeuner très varié et bon, et le restaurant de l'hôtel ainsi que celui de l'établissement frère qui se situe à côté. La douche séparée des toilettes par une paroi même si elle est trop courte à mon goût on projette de l'eau partout.

Cons:

Trop de boutons interrupteurs on s'y perd mais il y a de tout. Le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas. Le personnel parle anglais mais il faut s'accrocher pour se faire comprendre c'est général au pays. Ma chambre donnait sur la rue au premier étage, à partir de 8h30 on entend le bruit des klaxons et de la ville malgré le double vitrage. Attention autour, en mousson les touktouk ne veulent pas passer car les nids de poule sont nombreux. Le quartier peut paraître risqué à pied la nuit mais c'est bien animé il faut juste ne pas sortir après 0h car ils barricadent tout le quartier pour empêcher le passage des véhicules. Le métro est à 10 min à pied.

Chambres calmes, clim rapide & staff serviable - au-dessus de mes attentes
Pros:

Je suis resté 2 nuits au Hotel Godwin Deluxe et l’ambiance était bien meilleure que ce que j’attendais pour le prix. Les chambres sont suffisamment insonorisées - le bruit de la rue de Paharganj ne m’a pas gêné la nuit, j’étais surpris. Le ménage passait tous les jours et gardait tout propre sans que j’aie à demander. La coupure de courant n’a pas été un problème non plus - aucune panne pendant mon séjour alors qu’il y en avait dans le quartier. La clim refroidissait la chambre vite et faisait peu de bruit, donc j’ai bien dormi. La réception a été proactive - ils m’ont aidé à réserver un billet de train de dernière minute et à appeler un auto. Les petites attentions comme l’eau en bouteille + bouilloire dans la chambre donnaient un côté plus premium. Ce n’est pas un resort, mais pour le confort, la propreté et le personnel qui aide vraiment, Godwin Deluxe tient ses promesses.

Excellent séjour, parfait pour les voyageurs

J’ai eu une excellente expérience à l’Hôtel Godwin Deluxe. Ils proposaient un transfert gratuit depuis l’aéroport, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très pratique après un vol tardif. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et bien entretenues. Le restaurant proposait de bons plats et un service de qualité. L’emplacement est parfait - accès facile aux marchés et aux lieux d’intérêt de la ville, et ils ont aussi aidé pour les services de voyage et les transports locaux. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
