Pros:

I like the location .It is situated above Landers and downstairs too many restaurants and things to see in BGC.The host is also organized in checking in and out.The unit is also clean.

Cons:

The Netflix was logged out not that important to me but since the description says it has Netflix .I think it would be best to check it before turning over to the next guest.The host is not so responsive after check in although I don’t have urgent need . When I asked about Netflix it took a day to response and still not logged in until I checked out

Pros:

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattetes Condo. Handtücher Bettwäsche und bodysoap usw. war alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Nur ein Punkt, im Kleiderschrank waren Matratzen die unangenehm gerochen haben.

Overall our week in Manila was wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect!
Pros:

The room was clean and cozy, our host was nice and helpful

Cons:

We had a problem with checking in and when we arrived at our room (around 9pm) they were just cleaning it.
Water in the swimming pool was very very cold

Comfortable and relaxed stay.
Pros:

I like the location of the property centrally located with all the amenities, the little details of the property has added bonus.

Cons:

There is too much stuff in the property like too many extra lamp shades and other things that makes the space over loaded. I have to re arrange the furnitures to make a space. The kitchen for me is not usable, too dark , some of the cupboard have locked. Didn’t experience that in any other Air BNB. The cleanliness is not great, hairs everywhere, the toilet bath shampoo and body wash is not been refilled, it should be ready for the new guest.

Cons:

Hallway on the floor where unit was…when you get off the elevator smelled like mold and mildew. Also the one AC unit in the living room area leaked so we didn’t use it. Thank goodness the one in the bedroom area worked.

Prime Location
Pros:

Host was quick to respond prior to arrival. She help us set up parking as well. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location is a 10/10 spot. When back in Manila, I would book here again.

A nice place to be
Pros:

Just next to the malls, the restaurants, coffe shops. Bonifacio High Street is just 10-15 min by foot. The apartment is comfortable and the staff really helpful. Easy to deal with them and we really appreciated the extra time allowed just before our departure.
