Beats any other hotels in Nice big time !
Pros:

Stunning and unique hotel in Nice. Can’t find a better location

Cons:

One can probably ask for temporary load/unload parking place officially, as it is not clear where can we park short term if coming by car.

Overpriced poor quality accommodation

This hotel in my opinion is an overpriced three star hotel. It certainly is not four star. When we arrived at the airport the hotel had forgotten to arrange our transfer. We then had to get in a taxi and the driver was very rude and basically threw us out of the taxi upon arrival. Although the hotel did reimburse us for the taxi, it was an awful start to our trip and no other efforts where made by the hotel to make up for this even though we were staying at the hotel for five nights.

The hotel really needs some renovation work as it looks very tired, the rooms are also small considering the price. We had a superior room with a balcony, the balcony floor was very dirty and there were cracked pipes around the edge of the balcony.

We wanted to go to the beach one day but we were not allowed to take towels from the pool so we then had to pay for more towels at the beach. You could ask guests to sign out towels to take to the beach and then sign them back in, but I am sure no one is going to steal a towel (certainly not me).

The main reason we went to the beach was because the Sunbeds at the pool were so uncomfortable with no cushions at all and they would also collapse at any moment when you were laying on them! I actually hurt my back when it happened to me. This was certainly not relaxing at all and we saw it happen to lots of other guests too.

The service was generally very slow and when having a drink in the patio area I would have to go up to the bar myself and ask for more drinks. I wouldn’t ever stay at this hotel again and the price we paid for the quality of stay was hugely overpriced and we were very disappointed.

Otherwise very beautiful. Staff were very nice accommodations splendid.
Pros:

We paid for a triple. However my cousin also had a triple which was 2 x the size of our room - they said because we only listed 2 people but we paid for a triple and felt like we were in a typical room. Also the bed was not there when we arrived , which was late so we had to wait a bit for a bed.

Cons:

Well like I said a triple should be consistently the same and it was not for 3k for 4 days I would have expected something remotely in the vicinity of what we paid for.

Probably the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Tired and sad with dirty carpets, nauseating smell at the reception, funky elevator, dark, dingy corridors and mediocre breakfast. Our room was small, windowless, sparsely furnished, with outdated bathroom and terrible position next to the restaurant and pool. All of this for a cool price of over €700 a night. Worth mentioning is that we were offered a room swap which we refused because we were already settled and were so despondent by the state of it all that we couldn’t be bothered. Would strongly recommend against staying here. It is truly shocking that this hotel is advertised as ‘renovated’, 4* and that it charges ridiculously high price for what it delivers.

Lovely hotel, great location, beautiful view, nice staff, a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Beautiful view. Nice clean room. Easy access to old town. Restaurant with a lovely breakfast included in the stay. Restaurant staff were very nice.

Cons:

Was very expensive for a small hotel room and limited front desk staff/assistance. We would have loved there to be a concierge. There was no assistance with dinner reservations or other type of activity reservations. All staff was ver nice, just not too helpful beyond providing assistance on the property.
