Beautiful and relaxing stay
Pros:

It’s clean beautiful and it’s location is really great. Staffs are amazing and helpful. They helped us in every way and suggest local spots to visit and even arranged auto also when i told I don’t want to take my car out after long drives.

Cons:

Entrance of the property is really narrow via a zig-zag lane. I wish if that can be little more wide.

Mooi gebouw, stijlvol.
Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamer met privé-zwembadje op de eerste verdieping. Erg mooi ingericht. Mooi zicht, heel ruim terras, fijne badkamer.

Cons:

Mijn man zocht iemand van het personeel en dook per toeval de keuken in. Hij vertelde dat het verschrikkelijk vuil en onhygiënisch was. Ook de kast in onze kamer waar het koelkastje in zat, was erg vuil.

Could be a lot better
Pros:

For a property in the middle of nowhere and projects to be relaxing or romantic escape the room is excessively small. No place or table (even space to fit one) to eat while the staff insists on inroom dining. The wall to wall window even on the second floor is low enough for everyone to watch you from the small garden area as it is also the walkway to dining. Hence no privacy unless you have your blinds closed all the time but that defeats the sole purpose of a ocean view room. They should consider one way film to provide privacy (at the least). Again the bathroom is abysmally small once again for a “villa”.
Staff doesn’t know english and doesn’t even try to communicate in Hindi at least thus making it really hard for any communication. Unless you have your own vehicle, uber or other ride share service don’t come here to pick up. Thus making it hard for reliable airport transport when majority of the staff doesn’t speak english and everything relies on one manager to handle.
For a kerala resort, the staff doesn’t even know/offer anything kerala like a herbal tea even.

Cons:

See above and you(booking.cim) do some work too. Other than getting paid by both sides.
