بصراحة موظفين الاستقبال قمة في الذوق والأخلاق وبشوشين ومحترمين جدا وخدومين والموقع يعتبر قريب من المسجد الحرام

Cons:

التموينات الموجودة في الفندق تعاملهم سئ جدا بيرفضوا انك تدفع بمدي رغم وجوده التعامل يسئ للمكان

Pros:

The hotel and ambeince were good.

Cons:

The Room we got was small with 4 beds packed in a small room, the space left was just to walk through. Hotel location is not that good. It is easy to go to Haram ( SAR 10 taxi), but coming back to Hotel from Haram is difficult ( SAR 30). and if you walk, its almost like 25 min.
