Cons:

Overall: A comfortable stay with friendly staff and spacious rooms, though some service issues need attention.

Good: The staff was warm and professional, the cafe's Darjeeling tea and cupcakes were excellent, and the rooms were well-equipped.

Needs work: The pillows were a little high for my comfort. A few dinner dinner menu items were unavailable. At breakfast, the eggs did not seem very fresh, and butter was provided after a delay . Room service (like toothpaste delivery) was slow.

Bottom line: Good property with a solid foundation - addressing these service gaps would elevate the experience significantly.

The hotel’s service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. However, the lighting in the rooms could use improvement — they felt a bit too dim for comfort. It would be great if the management could enhance the brightness to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

The buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, but the quality was somewhat average. It wasn’t bad, just not as impressive as everything else the hotel had to offer.

Beautiful, warm and welcoming
Pros:

The hotel welcomes you through a quaint although beautiful transparent lobby/ waiting area as it makes way to the reception desk through its cafe. The decor is beautiful, warm and inviting and the staff right from the security personnel to the reception desk are absolutely polite, hospitable and prompt to furnish any kind of assistance if required. We were upgraded to a better deluxe room with a Mountain View and it pleasantly surprised us. The room itself was comfortable, beautiful and spotless and so was the whole hotel. The topmost brewery offers the choicest views of the mountain range as you partake in evening snack and drinks and the time being in peak monsoon, we were afforded the most breathtaking of the scenery. The food both from the cafe and the brewery is delectable. Also, the hotel has its own dedicated car parking and it provides a valet service, so there’s no issue regarding it.

Cons:

The hotel being right in the middle of the market can present some challenges too as in peak hours, the traffic is one sided and while reaching the hotel one might have to take a detour around the hotel through the back alley. Also, the floors on which the rooms are and where the reception desk is could be a bit confounding at first, as the reception area itself is the 5th floor while your room, depending upon which one you have chosen, might just be downwards while the brewery is upwards to the number of 6th floor. So remembering which direction to press on the lift on the first couple of times could be a bit of a brain exercise 😄

Glad we chose to stay here, definitely made our trip awesome.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Special Thanks to Ms Kajal who helped us with everything from check in to check out. Food was really good. the Rooftop restaurant has amazing views and live music just adds to the charm. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Palampur.

Cons:

The only thing which could have been better is the morning breakfast buffet. We stayed for 3 nights and the layout was same on 1st and 3rd day with not many options. Even though there were handful of guests, the staff at the breakfast area was in a hurry to wrap up everything by 10:30 AM which was little off putting. Other than that everything was great!!

A very comfortable stay overall with good clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the experience. Being a fitness professional, I was really impressed with the gym and had a great workout after a hearty breakfast buffet which had a lot of options that were well cooked. The room was also very well done up and had some really cool and chic elements that made it feel really classy. Since the hotel is in the middle of the market and tightly squeezed on the outside, the modern rooms and elements within make up for the lack of outside space.

Cons:

Didn’t enjoy the pool too much as it was full of children and families at all times as it’s right in the middle of the property and can be viewed from all sides hence there’s hardly any privacy. A rooftop pool would’ve been a better option. Rest everything was up to the mark.

Pros:

Hospitality of all the staff esp the ladies at the reception and everyone else. Very polite and helpful. Rooms really good and hotel clean. Location close to taxi stand. Room service was excellent and prompt. All facilities available.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet not really good. Probably less people were staying during our time and therefore. But food was not up to the mark at all n options limited. Although dinner at the rooftop restaurant was great.
