Location is good, right next to the bus stand and main market area.
The breakfast buffet is bad and not of the level expected from the ITC chain. The rooms are small and many of them have balconies opening to someone else’s house.

My stay at ITC Fortune Park, Palampur was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the entire team.
A special mention goes to Kajal, who was absolutely outstanding. Her warmth, professionalism, genuine care, and welcoming attitude made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and her positive energy added a personal touch that made all the difference.
The excellence extended throughout the property. The restaurant staff were attentive, courteous, and provided wonderful service during every meal. The spa team was equally impressive, delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with great professionalism and care.

Overall: A comfortable stay with friendly staff and spacious rooms, though some service issues need attention.
Good: The staff was warm and professional, the cafe's Darjeeling tea and cupcakes were excellent, and the rooms were well-equipped.
Needs work: The pillows were a little high for my comfort. A few dinner dinner menu items were unavailable. At breakfast, the eggs did not seem very fresh, and butter was provided after a delay . Room service (like toothpaste delivery) was slow.
Bottom line: Good property with a solid foundation - addressing these service gaps would elevate the experience significantly.

The hotel’s service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. However, the lighting in the rooms could use improvement — they felt a bit too dim for comfort. It would be great if the management could enhance the brightness to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
The buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, but the quality was somewhat average. It wasn’t bad, just not as impressive as everything else the hotel had to offer.

Great place to stay if you want clean, spaciousness, good food and attentive staff. Special call out to the general manager who really saw to every detail. Definitely would recommend.
