Staff with poor service and no manners, poor location and cleanliness.

Nothing. Nothing at all. The place is cheap. I am surprised to find it on Booking.com. The ratings shown to me on Booking.com were useless and hyped. Google maps shows correct rating which is 1.3/5 (looks true at least)

Very disappointed with Booking.com. I mighe consider switching to other platforms for booking hotels :(

Cons:

I booked this hotel on a friend's recommendation of Fab hotels which are usually good, but this was a total disappointment.

My recent stay here was a major letdown. The hotel's location in a crowded market made it unsuitable and unsafe for a family vacation, with no views to compensate. The promotional photos turned out to be edited and fake, setting false expectations.

The service was abysmal, with staff lacking basic etiquette. When faced with a power cut, the hotel manager was reluctant to activate backup power. Room keys were not provided unless specifically requested. Additionally, the corridors were littered with beer bottles and used plates, indicating a lack of cleanliness.

To top it off, a cab driver warned me about suspicious activities associated with the hotel's location. This added to the overall discomfort and dissatisfaction of my stay.
