Disappointing room, difficult to park near, but then I only wanted a room for a night so it served a purpose.
Pros:

Easy access to town, I guess it was relatively cheap.

Cons:

Single glazed windows next to busy road, quite noisy. A safety light inside the room so always a little light at night.

A good and well priced stopover when travelling
Pros:

A great place for an overnight stop. Reasonably priced and cosy. In the centre of the town so options for places to eat. The bed was very comfortable and the staff in the March hare were helpful and communicative when we arrived.

Cons:

A bit noisy at night from the street.... but obviously this settled down . The bin hadn't been emptied in the bedroom, but otherwise it was all clean and tidy

Cold, noisy, dirty
Pros:

The location next to the market place is good

Cons:

It was dirty. Stains all over the walls, damp and mould in the windows. Also it was cold, the windows were single glazed, and not fitting well, there was constant breeze and road traffic noise. Also was no food or parking. The March hare restaurant was under renovation, the owners failed to mention there was no breakfast facilities. Also there is no parking available, had to pay 2 pounds per day at festival hall. The key code to the outside door stopped working so the door was permanently unlocked. For the price they charge would expect a lot better.

A great find!
Pros:

Staff exceptional. Room stylish and very clean. Central to town.

Cons:

As it was in the process of a fabulous refurb there were a few little details not quite finished but this was reflected in the price and did not stop us enjoying our stay.

Bed was so comfy
Pros:

Really comfy bed and the room was really warm. Shower easy to use and hot. Lovely big fluffy white tiles. Good tea coffee biscuits and bottled water. Location great.

Cons:

We were in room 3 and there was a bit of early morning traffic noise. Not too much of a problem for us but may bother some. Good tea and coffee making facilities but no milk provided. The March Hare was closed during our stay so missed out on 20% off Breakfast but may get it next time. Will definitely be back next time we go to races if theres a room free.

Central location. Good check in procedure and nice big room.

Cons:

I booked last minute which may have affected things but I was not provided with a WiFi code or breakfast voucher as promised.
There were no instructions on how to use the TV or coffee machine.
There were tea making facilities but the cups and tea spoon were unclean and the long life milk was out of date..
The window was open and I couldn't close it which was ok as the room was very warm. However this meant every passing vehicle caused disturbed sleep.

Very bad service, the first room we were given was already occupied, the second room was not clean.

No instructions for access to the room prior to arriving. Had to go to the cafe next to the rooms to find help.
When access was provided the room was already taken by another guest, this is a security breach.
The second room we were given was not cleaned, we have complained to the owner but were not believed because we had not taken photos of the room!
Would not stay again.

Comfortable bed in a spacious room with li leg cage below for breakfast.
Pros:

Good location. Very comfy bed. Clean linen and fresh soft towels. Coffee machine nice touch and plenty of tea, milk. Spacious room . We had the larger double.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been cleaner.
