Pros:

We got the information a few days beforehand, which makes us feel good. Questions were answered directly. Drinking water, hygiene products and small. Snacks are available. We would want to book it again.

The surrounding is also nice. Feels safe. There is a shop 5min walk. 25 min to airport.
Pros:

It’s one of those places where you see that the owner actually puts some thoughts and heart into it. It is very cozy and you have everything you need for a self sufficient stay what is possible to fit in a small place 😅. Really liked the seating area on the balcony.

Cons:

All was good.
Just need to know there is no hot water in the shower. It is normal in Philippines, but I did not know before.
And that even the condo is on 12th floor, if you sleep with open windows, you basically in a village with all the dogs and roosters in the neighborhood😅, but is also something you have on most of the places, and you can’t hear so much the traffic.
