La posizione della struttura é ottima,
Le camere molto pulite e accoglienti anche la sala breakfast pulitissima e molto accogliente, il terrazzino spaziale per una sosta prima di passeggiare il lungomare..
Strpitosa l accoglienza di Agnes e Alessandro numero uno, disponibilissimi ad ogni richiesta, ci tornerò anxhe con i miei bambini

Leider hatten wir über weite Strecken das Gefühl, eher eine Last als willkommene Gäste zu sein.
Pros:

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche und zuvorkommende Nachtschicht. Auch beim Check-out war der Mitarbeiter sehr angenehm und hat uns zumindest einen gastfreundlichen Abschied ermöglicht.

Cons:

Leider vor allem der Umgang an der Rezeption. Der Check-in für zwei Zimmer dauerte über 30 Minuten. Dazu kamen widersprüchliche Aussagen zur Zimmerbelegung, zur Zimmerkarte und zum Early Check-in. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin trat uns gegenüber schnippisch, herablassend und bevormundend auf. Besonders unangenehm war, dass wir nach unserer verständlichen Verärgerung nach über 30 Minuten von ihr noch aufgefordert wurden, uns zu entspannen und unser Verhalten zu überdenken.

Auch die Kommunikation zur Zahlung, Rechnung und 300 € Kaution war unnötig umständlich. Beim Frühstück für 16,99 € pro Person entstand zudem eher das Gefühl, kontrolliert als willkommen zu sein. Die Auswahl war enttäuschend, unter anderem gab es kein frisches Obst und keine Milch zum Müsli.

War ok, würde ich aber nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Lage war top.

Cons:

Extrem laut trotz Seitenstraße, dank der Gäste & Türen aus Pappe.
Schmuddelig, kein abschließbarer Gepäckraum, Rezeption mal besetzt, mal nicht (auch tagsüber)

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Man ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss von Party entfernt sowie auch vom schönen Strand zum Baden. Das Zimmer war auch sehr gut und sauber.

Cons:

Man muss beim Check-in zusätzlich 300.- bezahlen als Sicherheit für das Hotel falls etwas kaputt gehen sollte oder so. Das war bisschen dumm und war vorhin nirgends kommuniziert worden.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein Party-Wochenende
Pros:

Gute Lage, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Megapark. 20 Minuten zum Bierkönig. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, gerade am Wochenende wenn viele Partygäste unterwegs sind, ist im Flur ständig was los und Türen fallen ins Schloss. Dessen sollte man sich einfach bewusst sein und ggf. Ohropax dabei haben.
