Pros:

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive and quick to provide the necessary items.

Cons:

Meals provided in Room service were very expensive. Since there was no inhouse restaurant we had to order room service.

Geyser or boiler in the room was not functioning to its optimum.

I felt at home on those days that we were staying in their accomodation l.
Pros:

The location is perfect and it’s not far from the airport it’s around 30 mins ride. The staffs are really nice and helpful,making sure that you feel at home. I book their accommodation last minute because my previous accommodation got cancelled because of overbooking which is normal in India, so if you want a trusted accommodation,I totally recommend this place and near by there is a good coffee shop 7 mins walking and its called Amari. Also, my flight got cancelled and I checked in 1 day after and they were able to help me on everything. All in all i loved my stay and I will totally gonna come back again.

Cons:

I loved everything. They even have a bellboy that will help you carry your luggages.

Feel homely
Pros:

We had not taken breakfast as we do have with our own, no food we had taken there, but one thing impressed is cleanness of entire hotel which generally not found in any type of hotel with same budget. Clean more than our home even if staircase also. Mr souvik who is looking after all has good caring and customer supportive nature. Thank to Booking. Com for providing us. I also suggest my friends to stay there.

Below basic standards - avoid at all costs

Despite friendly staff upon arrival, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness standards were far below acceptable levels. We found a dirty duvet, hair on the pillows, and stained bedsheets and towels. When we requested clean replacements, the new linens were also dirty and stained, leaving us no option but to sleep on top of the bed using our own towels.

After an uncomfortable night, we were woken early in the morning by loud music and noisy conversations coming from the reception/ground floor area. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and stayed only one night.

The property manager assured us that we would be refunded for the unused nights. Nearly a month later, the issue remains unresolved, and the accommodation has since provided inaccurate explanations.

Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or professionalism. I would not recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay at Bluo Lakeview Hotels, Newtown. Everything was excellent, from the ambience to the service. Special thanks to Souvik Roy for being extremely helpful and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Nice and Comfy Stay. Good Location
Pros:

Rooms were very large and clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel name was not mentioned on the gate outside. I only found this flaw.
Also you cannot get lake view if your room is back side or on lower floors.
