Need to Improve and Maintain Properly First & Deployed educated staff.

there's nothing we like.

Cons:

We went  so far from Delhi to Kolkata.After Reached we have Observed Very bad property. not maintained cleanliness. also waiting much more time for check in. don't waste your money .  Washroom Air shower 🚿 in damaged Condition.

Need the money back as had an extremely bad experience.

Nothing at all. Extremely bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

Cons:

The mattress had bedbugs. The room was untidy, dirty and water leakage. The washroom was extremely dirty, with the flush not working and water leaking all over the floor. The walls were damp. Extremely bad experience and not worth money.

Worst in my 47 year of life experience
Pros:

It was too bad to say. Room was unhygienic , Toilet sheet was broken, Shower was throwing water to roof , staff was uncooperative.

Cons:

It is too bad for family specially with lady, staff were not sensitive despite knowing the bathroom issue and my daughter was with me . It is waste of money with OYO flagship and in platform of Booking.com

Pros:

It's not a family hotel. No one helps to bring our luggage from the car to the room. The room is a damp wall no tv only tv cabinet are there. The bathroom is very small and the reddish dirty water has a huge bad smell. No towel or any toiletry given. The maximum dustbin shows wine empty bottles outside the room. No way to communicate with reception other than phone call but maximum time they do not pick up the phone and not to reply back. Very terrible experience. I left the hotel one day ago as per my booking. Suggesting family members not to book the hotel.
